Absolutely disrespectful of the employees to serve this trash to a paying customer. I took one bite and spit it out and threw the rest in the trash. This was supposed to be a steak egg and cheese bagel. It literally had the consistency of beef jerky. So it had to be hours or even days old. The crazy thing about it is i went there literally 20 minutes after they opened so it should have been fresh. Furthermore I had stopped there on my way to work so by the time I attempted to eat it the only thing I could do was try and call so that I could at least get my money back and no one answered the phone. Never again. Not this location. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else nearby. There are better options than this.

I recently visited your store #21770 and was very disappointed with the condition of the dining area. The drink station was extremely filthy, the trash cans were overflowing, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable.
What made matters worse was that the store manager, Veronica, was telling an employee to go in the back and wash the walls instead of addressing the mess out front—this was despite there being no customers waiting or needing assistance. It was clear the front area needed urgent attention, yet it was ignored.
As a loyal customer, I expect a clean and welcoming environment when I visit McDonald’s. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to improve cleanliness and staff priorities at this location.

This location is busy & packed because of its proximity to Six flags. The service was fast, food was good. This would a 5 star location if they keep the place clean.

The entire facility was absolutely disgusting. Every trash was full, the bathroom sink had standing water. Toilets didn’t work. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
All the tables had trash on it and under it. We asked if somebody could clean up what looked like spit up food under the table and nobody ever came. There was trash on the floor and it was sticky all over.
I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s but this was a joke. I couldn’t get out fast enough.

Lines move fast at this McDonalds. All of the automated ordering machines seemed to be working. Perfect for a pre-Six Flags meal to avoid an expensive lunch during your Great Adventure. Bathroom was clean.

This entire place was a disaster! The bathrooms were disgusting, the trash cans were overflowing, the soda stations were a complete mess, and the floors had trash and spills all over them. They obviously can’t keep up with the demands of a high volume establishment. They either need new management or more employees.
