We went to McDonald’s to get some food. I ordered from this McDonald’s on the mobile app. I ordered a spicy wrap with no shredded cheese. I got the order and there was cheese on it. The people were nice and the place was clean but they need to learn how to speak read and understand the English language. When a customer orders a meal with pacific instructions they need to learn to follow what the order says. When you order from here make sure to chdck your order before leaving. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

The Indonesian manager here this morning as I’m still sitting inside McDonald’s she is very ignorant. She is very rude. She don’t think nobody for nothing and she acts with an attitude as you’re bothering her.
Ordered my food she gave me the receipt and the number 58 tag to put on the table where I was sitting she never said thank you she never said anything else asked me if I wanted anything else. I got the “limited” Cajun bacon chicken sandwich and thought it’d be a little better than a mcchicken considering it’s like a 7$ sandwich and it was a very sad sandwich.. wasn’t it supposed to have lettuce and tomato? Stick to the small macs

It’s your typical McDonalds trip. Dined in for 3 people. Place had some trash strewn about but staff were in the middle of doing a cleaning run. The self order terminal was out of paper for my receipt. The employee who brought our tray to the table was very nice. Food was decent for McDonalds.

Bought a McCrispy for my daughter. My daughter opened the bag and said what is this. To my surprise a very burnt, overcooked, hard piece of chicken. Had to throw out. It wasn’t edible.

I tried to use the in-store order kiosk so I could use a code from my app to continue to save rewards points. Picked a sandwich, the a drink, but when I tried to add fries the screen said make a selection but there were no items to press, just a blank screen other than “Make Selection”. I canceled the order and went to a different kiosk and had the same results so I pressed the “help” button and waited a few minutes and no one came to assist. So I went to the register to order and there was no one at the registers. I waited over 5 minutes as employees walked by and noticed me but never came to take my order. Finally I decided to go down the street to Wendy’s and as I was walking out a manager asked “oh, did you want to order?” Not anymore. I got a delicious order from Wendy’s- a burger, fries, nuggets and drink for only $5.00! And it’s better food and service anyway.

I’ve been to this mcdonald’s since they renovated. This is probably my first disappointment in visiting this place. I ordered a meal as I was gonna be traveling out of state. When I got a chance to open my order, I didn’t hv the monopoly promo that’s going on now. Not 1 item had it and I ordered a fish sando meal (large). I had checked and the promo is still going on as it ends tomorrow Nov 2nd.
