I normally don’t post things very often, but in situations like this I have to say something.
I usually go to this McDonald’s in Vineland.
On 8/1/25 I picked up some food for my family.
I got two 20 piece nuggets.
One of the nuggets had a hair in in it. And this was the box I gave my son to eat, and pointed out to me. He is very picky when it comes to his food, he doesn’t like to eat or drink if someone has eaten or drank from it.
I was very upset about this. I was just telling my son earlier about how when I worked at McDonald’s as a teenager, we had to wear hair nets and beard nets. These days any McDonald’s you go to, no one is wearing hairnets. I see guys with long hair and no hairnets, even the girls do not wear hairnets. I think it is very unsanitary for employees to work this way.
Another thing I see the male employees with their pants hanging down and I think it looks very unprofessional and I think it’s disgusting going into a restaurant and employees having their pants this way.
I did not want to drive all the way back, but I paid money for this food and it is very frustrating to get these types of results for food you paid for.

Never follow directions on orders. I ask for no onions and they put it on the bottom of the burger where nothing goes I’m allergic to onions if someone asks for something off of a burger there’s a reason for it smh.

Ordered online, drive up to drive thru, no one is talking at the speaker, so I pull up to the window, and see someone inside working. She came up to the window and I told her I have a mobile order. She said sorry we’re closed, I said then why is the mobile ordering available, she said they have no control over that and I would have to get a refund on the app!
Then why does the door say they are open until midnight and have 3 people in there “WORKING”???
Another one bites the dust and lost my business!

Very clean restaurant,friendly staff and fast drive thru.
Restrooms were very clean the day i visit and my food was hot and fresh which is something i can not say about every McDonald’s!
Store conveniently located close to a walmart and Delsea drive which is a very busy ave.

McDonald’s on North Delsea Drive in Vineland. Absolutely horrible customer service. After being looked at and no offer to help me, I asked if anyone was going to take my order. Again ignored. Finally a young boy from drive up window came over to the inside counter and said none of the workers speak English. I asked what’s the possibility of me going to another country and getting a job and not learning the language? He went and got a manager. He offered to take my order but now I’m not trustworthy of what they might do to my food. I left without buying anything.

No napkins no receipt. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and pancakes sausage. Why wouldn’t we need napkins ? Why no receipt?? Everyone is so lazy there. Nobody seems to care. Drive thru won’t go back

This place is clean and not crowded. Your food will be ready fast. Sometimes they can give you someone’s burger or nuggets mistakenly. So, it’s better to check everything inside the building. But stuff is always friendly and ready to help. The food is tasty, there is free parking. If you like McDonald’s – it’s good place for visiting and have a snack
