I had ordered my lunch in the app and went to use the bathroom and the door was locked. It was a feat to get an employee’s attention and then they seemed agitated that they had to hit a button to unlock it for me. If you want to have the door locked and be only for customers then don’t get weird when I ask to use it. I won’t be returning to this location.

My disappointment was in the communication. I ordered three sandwiches. The drive thru board was blank, so I had no idea about prices. The sandwiches were two for one. It wouldn’t take much to say “Sir, you could have a 4th for the same price as the three”. This didn’t happen. Actually there was zero communication. That is not the norm for McDonald’s. Disappointing.

I had to post this review because of how great my recent visit to this location was. Prior to the summer season, most of the dining and coffee locations are closed. McDonalds was one of the few open and decided to try their coffee for the first time. Due to COVID It is not open for inside dining, but the drive thru is. The person who took my order was very pleasant and made my day when he said, “It’s a beautiful day, God is good.” I’ve always heard and agree that Coke tastes better at McDonalds and now I must say so does the coffee! My coffee was perfectly made and tastes really good! The big breakfast I ordered was perfect too! I’m so glad I ordered from this location and trying out the coffee. What really struck me most was the pleasant staff and great customer service. Great job

I ordered from the drive thru and there was no line. I ordered the chicken nugget meal. The fries where fresh and the nuggets where not bad and somewhat fresh. I ordered a coke and it was better then average.

On the McDonald’s scale this one is really good. It’s clean. It was fast. A big Mac on a bright sunny day is top tier. It was a short walk from the hotel. What more can you ask for. Hit me with that large HiC and you got your self a recipe for the perfect afternoon.

Food was cold, dry and they did not give me my large fries. I did not notice that until I got home and opened the bag. The Big Mac bun was dry and twice the size of the tiny burger patties which were room temperature.
