Please don’t eat here for your own health. On 08/30/25 my husband picked up takeout for us for breakfast. I’m pregnant and just wanted a breakfast sandwich. I am eating, and about halfway through my sandwich I notice that the egg had some little black dots on the center. I ripped the egg open to find that it was completely moldy on the inside. Absolutely disgusting and a health/safety hazard. When we called to complain, the employees assured us there was no way this could have been mold. we brought the sandwich back to the store, like they asked, and spoke with the manager. He apologized and explained he had no idea how this could have happened. He asked us to not call corporate. We let him know that this is unacceptable. I don’t think I will ever eat at McDonald’s again.

The employees are very ignorant to you when you go there at 15 minutes before closing time they refuse to serve you. I had to call corporate I’m still awaiting what’s going to happen. The guy that was supposed to serve me would not give me his name and he used his dirty cell phone to record me as I took a picture of the corporate number on the sliding window at checkout. This is the guy with his cell phone recording me taking a picture of the customer service number. This is extremely unacceptable service and very ignorant people do not belong working at McDonald’s.

THIS IS BY FAR the WORST McDonalds in History. There is no exception. The employees are rude, it’s dirty as hell, and 10000% worth it if you just drive to the next town over if you want McDonalds. This morning was my last straw, I door dashed breakfast, that was probably my first mistake. Then I’m being alerted that my order was being handed off to different drivers. Come to find out, Mc Donald’s didn’t feel like making my order because it was 10:25. So instead they just kept telling the dashers they didn’t have my order yet. 3 dashers later and one finally tells me what happened. No phone call from them. None from door dash. I get an email asking if I’d prefer lunch instead. That I can order at this point. NO WAY. This place has been a joke for years. They can’t even hire or train properly. Seriously go the next town over. Hopefully in time this one closes down and some new franchiser with a brain opens a new one.

This McDonald is my favorite. The staff are always pleasant. The exterior is so inviting. Inviting because it’s clean, the structure looks new, it is pretty and just welcoming. The wait is always long and it’s for good reason. There’s a McDonald’s 10 minutes from that one but it’s the total opposite! It’s nasty looking and run down. And there is never a wait b/c as you can imagine customer service is disappointing. Anyway, they make the best frappe and milkshakes here. I highly recommend

Smells like a toilet as soon as you walk in. Someone must have mopped with dirty water; floors were incredibly slippery. To get in the restroom a staff member has to come put in a code on the door. Which is fine, but they are so understaffed you will wait for a while. There was an elderly lady with a walker who had to wait an unacceptable amount of time. I’ll either use the drive thru or go to a different location next time.

Well it’s been a couple of years…. Glad to see it hasn’t changed. Nobody in drive thru. And no response at the drive thru speaker. Drove around and a employee told me to drive around again and place order. I said nope get a mgr, he replied they are taking the orders lol. Drove to next window the mgr was very friendly and took order no problems… But my math must be wrong …. Mcdouble is like $3.19 and +$1.00 if ordering two…. Somehow I was robbed and charged $11.56

Service was poor people were rushing my order, cashier literally threw my change into my hand. They all stood around talking and on their phones. I was the only one in the place, so I didn’t know what the rush was. Food was great warm and came out as it should, and the place was clean and well put together for a McDonald’s.

Went through the drive thru and was told to park in a spot because they were eating on food. I was out there waiting for 30 min while about 40 cars went through the drive through. Horrible service.
