While my food, when I finally received my correct order, was hot and fresh.. the wrong order they gave me originally in the drive-thru they took through the window and I watched them serve to the car behind me. My hands were in the bag and checking the order before I left! Unsanitary!

DO NOT GO HERE! They hire non speaking English people for drive thru today they tried giving me luke warm food with hard bread. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel bacon egg and cheese biscuit 2 hash browns and hot cakes they didn’t give me my hash browns at first plus the sandwiches was Luke warm and and hard the hot cakes were Luke warm so they just giving food that’s been sitting out for awhile. When I finally got home with the hot sandwiches they gave me a bacon egg and cheese bagel not sausage. So if you choose to go to this horrible place check your food because they hire people incompetent. And the only response I got was by the one manager if they want to work then they will be placed to work.

I came in drive thru today and brought a chicken bundle box. I bit into one of the Mc- chicken and felt something a little hard but hard rubber – like the gristle you would find on the knuckle part of a chicken drum but more plastic! I immediately spit it out and this is what came out! I through the whole sandwich in the trash. Not to mention the lady in the 2nd drive thru window had an attitude because I told them I only ordered 1 Happy Meal not 2. The manager also had an attitude because I told him reimburse me my money for the 2nd Happy Meal. You guys need to fix your attitudes, people are crazy nowadays. The next person may not be as calm as I am.
