Management needs to address staff behavior immediately. Completely unacceptable experience. I placed a very simple order, yet the staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. I was handed three ice creams with no safe way to transport them while driving and was expected to drive off holding them. Even after offering to pay for cups, I was denied.
My order was still handled incorrectly, communication was poor, and basic customer safety was clearly not a priority. Customers do not deserve this level of treatment. I will not be returning. 1/17 @ 10:07pm

Terrible service, the lady who took my order had a terrible attitude, racist. I know I am in a country where I have to learn the language, but it is costing me to learn it. I let her know that I do not speak English, she did not even bother to give me my order, I do not know what she was saying to me, I left without what I ordered and I paid for it.

Today I ordered a McChicken then returned to the store to return sandwich and possibly have a fresh one made because the buns showed signs of mold. When I showed the sandwich to the manager she told me it wasn’t mold and all the buns in the store were like that. I was given and new sandwich that had the same problem and threw it to some seagulls outside the store. I will not be be returning to this specific McDonald’s due to the ignorance of the staff and lack of food safety.

This McDonalds is really something else. Everytime I come here, I leave irritated and disappointed. The service is so freaking bad. It’s only about 3 employees who are nice. The lightskin girl with the red hair (she might be Hispanic) has such a bad attitude. I feel like if you don’t want to work, don’t work!! I get it, but to be irritated and rude all the time. They act like it’s such a problem to ask for a little extra sauce. Which I feel like, if you know all the food you put in this bag is cold, half of it is wrong, giving extra sauce should not be such a big deal. I don’t even do reviews on places but this McDonalds really does have terrible service! It just really takes me out.

Night crew does not care. If you were picking up a delivery you will have to wait 20 minutes.
