Service was fine, the team was friendly as always. But this is the third time Ive ordered a sandwich with bacon and haven’t gotten it. Two times were as a extra add on so I paid more and got nothing from it. Also fries were cold and soggy.

I used to work at McDonalds, so either someone in kitchen can’t read both the order screen and ticket or is too lazy.

Placed a mobile order and my husband went to pick up. Food wasn’t ready. Gentleman that brought it out said Double Quarter Pounder Meal. My husband said yes and took the bag and drink. We did not get our order but someone else’s order. I tried calling and when it answers there is a loud beep. Missing 10 piece nugget. Points are wasted. Receipt is our order.

I usually come to this McDonald’s when I’m working in the area but the food quality has diminished. I ordered a cheeseburger meal and my burger had no onions little to no ketchup and mustard and the chees was not melted and the roll was stale. Not sure if the cook does not know how to properly prepare the burger but this is the second time I came in and the burgers were not completed the way they should be.
When I am in this area, I will have to start going to the Wawa, close by, for lunch because I’m not paying 12 dollars for a crappy lunch? The owners needs to secretly shop this store and they’ll see how the food quality it not like other McDonald’s.

Not sure what happened but the food here has been horrible the last couple months. They can’t get my cheeseburger right ever.
If I get it with…
Light onions and light ketchup and extra pickles… it comes with just cheese and 2 pickles….
So I put regular onions the next time and regular ketchup and it still had no onions and a monster amount of ketchup.
Today I had enough and needed to change my review. I got extra onions this time to make sure I get onions and they put a spiteful amount of onions… it was uncalled for and no care when assembling my burgers ever. I put light ketchup and there was a monster amount and I put extra pickles and got 2… really upsetting. The nuggets are over fried or refried because they are starting to suck too. Too greasy and over cooked. Something needs to be changed.

Got the s’mores mcflurry they just sprinkled a little toppings on top. They lost all their stars. Nothing changed, they can’t get anything right here fire them alllllllll!!!!!!!!!

The employees were great, friendly and professional. The food was horrible. It was all room temperature cold. You guys are really cutting back on the chicken nuggets they’re half the size they used to be. They’re like little flat slices of chicken. The dining room was average and partially clean. Some dirty tables some wiped down. I was just passing through but wouldn’t stop in if I go back that way.

Ordered from the mobile app, and I used a mobile app deal, as well as customizing some or all of my order items. I get to the window after paying from the app and they told me my order never processed and that I have to cancel it and order at the window. No problem. So I pull up to the window and tell them what I got and for some reason they only charged me 5$ so I said okay I already paid 10$ on the app so now another 5$. Then I get the food and they only give me one thing that I ordered. So I told them I’m missing an entire meal and they said “that’s not what you said You wanted“ which clearly it was because I ordered it on the app for a reason. And the disrespect telling me well it’s not 5$ but if you want it you can have it. You can’t use 2 mobile deals in the same order. The issue here is that the 5$ meal deal is a menu item or else the app wouldn’t have let Me purchase it, not to mention when we got the food it was cold and the fries were made with yesterdays oil most likely and the food was absolutely disgusting and sloppy like a child made it. I’ll probably never go here again. Wendy’s is way too good to be dealing with this.

It’s McDonalds. I say that as a compliment. It’s always there, ready to serve you whatever you may crave. Regardless of where in the world you are. They do it with a smile. Gotta have those large fries. Or a Sausage and egg McMuffin with a Coke.

Very dissatisfied with this location…I feel that if the owner/ franchisee does not want the location ….sell it…this place was disgusting… pictures taken on our stop to get breakfast…windows dirty…not inviting at all…. needless to say…we found a cleaner place to eat…I am surprised that McDonald’s would all their brand to fall so rapidly.
