This location needs new staff and management. You order your food they are rude. The food is never ready at the window and they make you wait in a parking spot that they direct you too but never bring the correct order to your car. This location is not “fast” food or convenient . I highly recommend driving to a different location just to get friendlier , faster service .

First off does McDonald’s was very cramped like it’s tiny. Second off I went in for a kid’s meal that was called a boo basket and they told me that after I ordered already they didn’t have any more of the boo baskets. Let me tell you if there was a boo basket on one of the tables behind the counter so they obviously had one and it was probably saving it for themselves. Then when I say could I at least get a toy then they said they were out of those two. Like I wouldn’t have wasted my free kids meal if I wasn’t going to get what I ordered for. There was something else that happened but I don’t remember this was on Halloween.

Went to mcdonald’s and got only a Large fry. Fries were cold and they refused to open the window to even figure out why we had to come back. The worker stood at the window as we asked for a refund if they didn’t want to remake the fries. They told us to come back tomorrow. Disgusting behavior

For the most part the order is right for this location. But I have to ask a wait for fresh fries the majority of the time, because if I don’t my fries will be cold and my kids complain every time. You have to yell at the talk box because they can never hear you speak and blame that on the order being messed up.

Buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich was very old looking and burnt with old lettuce and tomatoes, with a drop of mayo. Cheese was not melted on Bic Mac and hardly any sauce! Taste like food had been sitting out or premade hours ago. Very disappointed after getting home to see our $20 meal for 2 awful sandwiches that we could not tolerate to eat. Fries and smoothie was just okay. Would have went back but it was closed by time we made it home 🙁

Half the time they can’t get your order correct, and they give you a hassle when you try to get the correct food. They won’t let you in the dining room, so I literally had to wait in the drive through line after I’d returned to get my order right. Then the kid on the speaker tells me “there’s not really anything I can do about it”.

It’s been 8 years since I ate at McDonald’s. I was craving my quarter pounder with cheese meal. Oh and I also got a 20 piece McNugget. I used to die from McDonald’s. My quarter pounder was dripping Grease. The service was awesome the atmosphere was awesome. it’s not the employees fault they have to cook what they give them they don’t have a choice. But like I said the best thing about McDonald’s is the service on the atmosphere not the food.
