There was no one working the counter so I placed my order on the kiosk. It was a simple quarter pounder combo. After ten min of watching other orders go out the drive through I had to flag someone down to ask about my order because there was still no one working the front. I was told my order was still being worked on. I explained that I needed to go now and I told the employee that I needed my food or a refund now. So an employee gave me a refund . Except my refund was $3 less than what I spent. I didn’t have time to let the employee figure out why my refund was less than I spent so I just said keep it and I left. When does it cease to be “FAST” food? Sad that I had to leave this store hungry. Avoid this location and if you go, better plan on a long wait.

Creepy dude works here. An employee shouldn’t be flirting with customers. “Good bye beautiful” with a creepy stare. Calls me sweetheart. Even after a month of not going here he still remembers me and it makes me so uncomfortable. He makes me not want to eat here anymore. Only reason I haven’t said anything is bc I felt uncomfortable since I’d have to keep seeing him due to me being a door dasher.

I ordered a bundle box through the drive thru and 2 cheeseburgers were missing, I called and the manager Julian answered and apologized and told me that he would have fresh ones for me when I got back to the store. He was extremely kinda when I got back and offered me a free drink while waited. He absolutely deserves all the recognition working this busy store!

On 10/25, at 10:20PM my family of 5 and I attempted to get food from the drive through and we were advise they were “only taking door dash”. I’ve never heard any place do this and mind you, they promote they are open until 1AM. This is pure laziness and or lack of staffing. If I can give this place a 0 rating I would.

I’m usually not a huge McDonald’s fan but lately it’s been my quick go-to place. This morning we grabbed breakfast with fresh orange juice which was delicious I got a McGriddle which was fresh,delicious, perfect. This McDonald’s very clean fairly new The drive-thru was quick they have the mobile app ordering which seemed to be working nice. It was a busy summer morning, summer Saturday morning, so I was surprised that it was very very quick. Under $20 for two breakfasts with orange juice there was an upcharge for the orange juice of a dollar each but that’s okay.

This is one of the first McDonald’s we have been to that had the freshest foods. The people that worked there were super nice and friendly. Our hashbrowns were piping hot, but we still powered through it. Now our bellies are nice and warm. Thanks McDonald’s we are ready to start our day or take a nap!

We walked into this McDonalds and it was filled with people waiting for their food. Everyone looked annoyed. Not a single person had food or was eating food. This should have been the clue to turn and walk out while we could. We used the kiosk to order our food. The receipt tape was empty so we had no idea what our order number was. We took a table number so we were hoping we would get our food this way. Well apparently at this McDonald’s those table numbers are for show. They do not deliver your food to your table. They call out your order numbers. And when you finally figure out that is your order (because you don’t know your order number due to no receipts printing out) even though it was for “here” but we got it in a bag. We brought our long awaited meal to our table to find out zero napkins were in our bag. No napkin dispensers anywhere to be found. No employees to be found. So our food is now cold while we wait for someone wearing a McDonald’s uniform to emerge from the back where they cook. The new setup is awful with a little counter and no way to wave down an employee to help you. And they can hide back there without being caught. Two older gentlemen waited at the counter to be helped for well over 15 minutes. Seniors do not always understand the kiosks and prefer ordering from humans who can tweak their meals the way they want them which is not always offered by the kiosk. We all could hear the manager yelling at the employees in the back. This was not professional and it also kept the manager in the back and not overseeing her customers and their needs. So if you are in a hurry and you want a quick meal, keep on driving. Don’t stop here. If you have hours to kill and no place to be, this place is for you. Do better Hammonton McDonalds. On a good note, the new manager on duty came in as we were leaving and helped those two older gentleman order their meals from the counter. He even brought their food to their table. The manager then went around and collected all those useless unused table numbers and cleaned up the tables. He seemed to be the only one taking his job seriously.

I guess it serves me right for ordering a latte here but I ordered a medium iced latte and asked for it plain, meaning no sugar, no flavor. I even repeated and asked if it was going to be plain and they said yup. Well it’s full of caramel syrup and I wasted my time and money. I know this comes off as being entitled but like, I never get fast food and drinks. Please make sure these orders are taken seriously. I can’t have the extra sugar and now my drink is going down the drain
