I know Mc Donald’s eggs aren’t going to be world class but this is disgusting. They gave me eggs that they cleaned the grill with im guessing. When I politely asked for new eggs this is what they gave my 5 year old. How the hell do you eat this?? The eggs are minced and chopped to little pieces. Shame this place was great when they had the Skinny guy working the counter that would wear cookie monster pajamas lol. He made sure the food was on point!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes – AFTER PAYING!! Legitimately sat at the second window for over 25 minutes with NO employee communication whatsoever. Watched them pour my drinks and let them sit on the counter for the whole wait. Not one person to greet me, explain there was going to be a wait or anything. Mind you, I got there at 10:28 am and I’m FINALLY pulling out of the parking lot at 11:04 am (on the weekend, so it wasn’t even a last minute breakfast order). This is hands down the WORST McDonalds in the area. You’ll get better service AND make it home sooner if you drive to the McDonald’s the next town over.

I feel like I was cheated on food. Here’s a photo of what I ordered vs. what I received. It’s nothing more than a vanilla milkshake with pink whipped cream. Nothing new. And I ordered to picked up at the curbside and I waited to long and I had to enter to get the food. If you ask for a cup holder be prepared to get roll back eyes.

Yeah no. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers only ketchup. They handed me the same wrongly made cheeseburgers back 5 times. So bad I had to ask if they were messing with me. Next day… Order the same thing, this time onions. Look I get it you mess up but handing me my same order 5 times before I have to ask to have it made fresh… Please train your employees and stop letting them not care about their job. I might as well stop coming here for the hassle I have to go through on my lunch break. And, I mean forget ordering quickly at the register, then when you need help they stand right in the back and even look at you and walk away like they don’t want to help you. Not a good location. It’s mostly these “BigGee” locations. Would not recommend.

The inside was remodeled since the last time I was here. It looks a ton better with the modern design! They have a exterior play-land and a drive-thru. Located next to Walmart and Staples and across the street from Turnersville Auto Mall.

DIRTY & UNSANITARY!!!
I purchased a caramel frappe from this McDonalds and found A BUG in my drink. I called and asked to speak to the manager and a rude unprofessional woman told me that she was the manager, which I believe she was lying and was very rude and nasty about it. Overall, it was their fault for not making sure the machine was properly cleaned. The employee went out of her way to get smart with me about it instead of addressing the issue. No wonder she works at McDonalds. Absolutely disgusting!

Drive in line was too long…went inside to order big mac meal. They said I had to use the kiosk to order or wait….had a hard time figuring out how the kiosk works. Another customer showed me how to work the kiosk. Placed order…no receipt. Had to wait another 5 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to print a receipt. Next time I’ll just wait in the drive thru. My wife noticed my quarter pounder was hardly cooked after I already ate half of it. The manager refused to replace it because I already ate half
