I’ve been coming here for 6 years. And I’ve only had my order partially incorrect 1 time. Which I called and brought my order back with the sticker and they corrected it right away. The lines are speedy, and it’s worth waiting and pulling forward to get fresh food, customized orders are always correct.Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is very friendly.I have not had to see a manager.But when i’ve been inside, I don’t even feel like they need a manager. Like the staff just have it on their own. I don’t know who’s running this place… But they definitely know how to keep their staff motivated.And they’re doing an excellent job, because even though i’ve seen many different faces over the years, the customer service stays on point. I also wanna point out the cleanliness when I came in and used the bathroom. It’s a fast food restaurant, but it’s clean, accurate and the food is delicious for a MDs.

Are you serious…ordered a mcflurry, expecting to get a plastic cup with the original spoon in the cup. Instead, I get this….A PAPER CUP WITHOUT A LID ON IT….FOR A MCFLURRY.

This is the WORST idea ever.
First of all….when it begins to melt, the paper will begin to soften and the whole thing will be useless…just like the paper straws.
Secondly, this thing stays open even when you “close” the flaps. A disaster waiting to happen..
Please do better!!!!

McDonald’s has really gone downhill. The nerve to charge so much for food that is nowhere near as good as other places is laughable. Nothing about this franchise is special anymore. Their pretend “upscale” push is not working. Stop being greedy with your prices and offer better food at an affordable price.

This place was definitely better then your average McDonalds. The food is very fresh, at least it was when I was there, and was at sit down dining. The service was nothing spectacular, but they did do they’re job, so there isn’t a problem there. The atmosphere is better then the average McDonalds, looking very fancy and nice for a McDonalds. Overall, an above average experience for a McDonalds

I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe no lettuce and 5 times they got the order wrong like seriously it’s just NO LETTUCE…. Then they parked me for them to make it again and waiting waited 10 minutes!! They wasn’t even busy parking lot had one car in it!!

Inside was cool ( consider it was only 18* outside ) food was Hot and served rather quickly ( good thing ) ice tea was not at the self serv so had to wait at counter again after placing order to get that .

Due to it being a Friday evening, McDonald’s corporate office is closed so will be contacting Monday BUT still wanted to expose LIZZ. Lizz took my order thru drive thru (purple hair short white girl with glasses) in the rudest way possible. I asked for no cheese on my burger and she laughs about it then fails to finish taking my order so her fellow co worker took over and finished my order. LIZZ I can tell it’s your first day on job. But to the point , I seek to ALWAYS have an issue at this McDonald’s. Other ones NEVER A PROBLEM.

Mc Donald’s in general needs to back to its roots. Poor service, orders wrong, slow service too much sugar and salt. I am so disappointed in McD’s. Let’s face it, they are on their way down. There is an old adage that applies

One star for the warm coffee yesterday. The McRib was cold and stuck to the box. The roll was cracked in half and dry. It was stale and stuck. No time stamp on the box. See photos.
When I did my drive up order they messed it up. It was simply a McRib and a Black Coffee and one milk. I pulled up and the person said ‘just coffee.’ I said a McRib too.’ He was snotty about my addition of the needed McRib.
The cashier closed his drawer and didn’t want to give me change. I had to wait for their manager to open the drawer. I received no apologies to the attempt at keeping tips? Just dirty looks.
As I waited for my change the girl at the next window hung out of the window with my coffee and food. I had to put back together the stale sandwich and be happy with the mess. But she was nice. Clueless, but nice.
This was an unfortunate situation. It reflects on four employees. There is a problem. They were not busy at the time of my order.
