I try to be as understanding as possible and I know fast food has low expectations to begin with but, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a satisfactory meal here ever. I just ordered 2 fish sandwiches. 1 with only cheese and 1 with only tarter sauce. You’d think that is easy right? Wrong. Both were cheese only. I realize in the grand scheme of life this is not even worth mentioning – except this is a food establishment and an easy order. The fries were also skimpy and not hot as well. It’s sad that I will have to inspect my 2 sandwich and 2 fri order at McDonald’s…. Extremely disappointing and honestly pathetic. For $18.00 you’d think the order would at least be accurate.

This complaint is for a A hispanic blond/orange haired girl working with piercings was making fun of my accent while ordering in the drive through, These workers should be taught how to treat people with respect instead of being inhumane when they are the ones working to earn the bare minimum. Do better.This happened around 2:57pm in case cameras are checked.

This honestly has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. First, they messed up our order mistaking it for someone else’s. Instead of fixing it politely, this young woman who looked like a teenager with long light brown hair in a ponytail who was working the window got visibly annoyed and started cursing in Spanish to her coworker (not knowing me and my friend both speak Spanish!) When she came back to hand us our food, she intentionally dropped it as she was handing it to us, and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what she did. She acted like the mistake was our fault the whole time. We just wanted to get our food, it isn’t our fault you messed up our order.
Then she told us to park and wait for the smoothie. We accidentally parked in the wrong spot, and instead of just coming over and asking us to move politely, she obnoxiously yelled at us loudly and very rudely over an honest mistake. Genuinely appalled with how I was treated. Her attitude the entire time was nasty, hostile, and extremely unprofessional, and it completely ruined our night.
To make it worse, when I got home and tried to call the store several times to tell management about the way we were treated, they declined our calls completely. They refused to take our calls at all!! We could not reach anybody.
This location needs better management and staff who actually respect customers. That young lady working the window genuinely treated us like scum! Beyond disgusted and disappointed. Will be going to the other McDonald’s from now on. Do not waste your time here.

Very unprofessional night manager and employee. The customer service during the night shift is horrible and unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and professionalism — without customers, this McDonald’s location would not be in business.

I ordered a McFlurry and again they didn’t mix it, they NEVER do. I don’t know what’s the point of offering McFlurrys if what the give you is an ice cream with a topping. And if you tell them that they didn’t mix it they don’t care. I told the girl who took care of my order and her respond was, oh ok, and turned her back at me, but her co worker was very quick to ask her what was the problem, she didn’t offer to solve my problem or to apologize, but to talk about the costumer, they didn’t know that I do speak Spanish. Terrible service
