The fries were borderline cold. Came here at 5:30 on a Sunday night, not too busy, and they were taking a long time (longer than usual for a McDonald’s). As we were sitting there eating our food, three customers came in after ordering from the drive-thru because they were shorted or had the wrong order.
They also don’t have the fountain machine in the dining area. That’s annoying. Make sure you order the exact soda that you want.

This place is straight garbage. The lady who handed me my food was rude and just pretty much threw the food at me. The employee was working on a Tuesday night at 1140pm on 9/23/25. I hope the CEO fires this employee, she has no sense of customer service skills. Then I say “my drinks” waited 5 minutes, no response. Walked to window where I paid. My drinks are sitting right on the counter. Then I was missing 3 burgers. The fries are always TRASH, my dog won’t even eat it.
My pregnant wife was simply craving “McDonald’s fresh fries” today and they couldn’t even deliver that. Food & Service here is straight GARBAGE!!!

Consistantly the slowest and most annoying mcdonalds i deal with. Slow, understaffed, and you cant hear them when ordering. Its the easiest job and they dont try at all.

Not very happy that I had to wait at the register after using the kiosk to pay with cash for nearly 15 mins and the Spanish lady was rude. Food was cold and I will not be returning. Forget this place for breakfast. Sorry I don’t speak Spanish and all I wanted was my sausage burritos. I will not be returning. This is not just one encounter. It’s 4 encounters in one. Rude people

I arrived and ordered a chicken sandwich they gave me a piece of bread with chicken , without lettuce or tomato or anything, I made my claim and returned it, immediately the manager Gregorio approached me to apologize and give me a sandwich like the one I wanted.
