Terrible customer service, 0 star. The nightshift workers don’t know how to talk at all with respect. It’s like they’re mad every-time I pick up my mobile order. I get its hard working night shift but that shouldn’t make you treat customers like your enemy. I won’t be going there anymore just because of how unprofessional the workers at night are.

Writing this review to shout-out the Saturday night workers who genuinely were fantastic. It was a scene with young drunk kids, post concert goers this Saturday night and the staff was excellent. You could see so clearly how hard they were working and for our $60 order personally they got everything spot on. Big kudos to the Saturday night manager and the staff.

Over the years since 2013 I have stopped in here many times hoping things would change but as of 2025 the same problems back in 2013 still exist
The tables, benches chairs and floors are often horrible, and most human beings would not want to even put their head in the bathrooms, much less their whole body.
The food is prepared in a below average manner with the fries being the biggest offender. I can’t imagine when the oil was changed last on these fryers, but I can almost guarantee it hasn’t been recently. Fries are often overdone oily and over salted and have a horrendous taste to them.
As for the wait staff and servers, I have never seen a larger collection of arrogant and ignorant people with very little consideration for the customer. I think most of the people of Neptune would not miss this McDonald’s, if it suddenly fell to the ground. if we were that lucky, then perhaps they could rebuild a new McDonald’s with A better staff and tastier food.
McDonald’s used to be a great place to take your kids and family and have a great time but those days are long gone. what a shame because after all McDonald’s is not cheap anymore and for the price you pay the customer deserves better.

I think they leave food out deliberately. My last 5 times in drive up, I’m missing an entire order of fries. But that’s my fault thinking someone can follow a receipt.

Extremely bad customer service and the most inconvenient fast food restaurant i have been to. This is the only McDonald’s that will make you get back in the drive through line to pick up a second order. Workers were rude and did not provide their names and walked back and forth holding our order to make us wait out of pettiness. Disappointing and unnecessary, very inconvenient for a restaurant whose only positive side is its convenience.

We ordered through the drive through, fries was cold and the kids McFlurry wasn’t mixed, we asked to have it mixed twice and they gave it back the same way only a little mixed on the top. My husband asked for ketchup and they gave us one ketchup even though we ordered four sandwiches. The customer service is really bad and the staff was so rude!

I ordered food and went to the drive thru I asked for a cup of water they handed it to me attached was a second cup with dirty water the guy had on a pink shirt with black glasses I explained what happened they offered me a free soda I did not except it I said that was very unsanitary
