Pics show what I ordered compared to what I got. I get it – I’m not looking for the picture but at least the basic ingredients and the amount of fries that go into a LARGE.

I ordered a 10-piece McNugget meal and was only given two small sauce packets. I always finish all the nuggets, and two sauce packets are never enough because they’re so tiny. I politely asked the worker if I could get two more. She looked at me, asked how many I wanted, and after I answered, she said, “ummm, actually you’re going to have to pay for that.”
I was honestly shocked that I was being charged extra for tiny sauce packets after already ordering a full meal. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and the customer service was disappointing. Charging customers for extra sauce like this is ridiculous and not a good experience at all.

I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience I had at this McDonald’s location.
I placed and paid for my order before 11:00 AM specifically to receive breakfast items. However, when I arrived at the window, I was informed that because it was now after 11:00 AM, they could not give me my order at all — despite the fact that my order was already placed and fully paid for. As a result, I wasted $43 and received nothing that I originally ordered.
To make matters worse, the employee assisting me at the window was very rude and unprofessional while explaining this. When I called and asked to speak with a manager, her attitude was dismissive and she did not seem to care about the situation or offer any real solution. I was left feeling completely ignored and disrespected as a customer.
This entire experience was unacceptable. I paid for food that I never received, was treated rudely by staff, and received no support from management. I hope this does not happen to other customers.

I am very satisfied with this McDonald’s. In my opinion, it’s one of the best in the area. The service is always good, the food tastes much better compared to other McDonald’s nearby, and everything is prepared very quickly. For me, everything here is excellent – I’ve never had a single issue. Highly recommend!

This is mainly a takeout restaurant. There is a bit of parking, but a good length drive thru line. Due to the set up, its not always easy to move around due to cars not wanting to wrap around the building to join the queue. Inside has a basic front, 2 stations for quick ordering, and some seating and a bathroom. It’s fine. Not the best McDonald’s, but the food was good and filled my craving so I’m not mad at all
