I visited the McDonald’s on Wilson Avenue in English town on the way home from work. I just wanted the bacon double cheeseburger with no onions in a medium fries with no salt. Instead, I got chicken mcnuggets and French fries with salt. I walked inside the restaurant from the drive through and weighted. Another 10 minute before someone acknowledged me, the staff have their backs to me. And I had to ask them to turn around. I told him the problem they took the bag out of my hand I’m putting it on the counter and proceeded to go on about their business. Another 10 minutes later, someone walked over to me and handed me another bag. No apologies no offers for anything for my time or forgetting the order wrong. It just handed the bag to me and I left. I got in my car, open my bag and found a A cheeseburger with no bacon and a large salted fry i can’t begin to explain how frustrated I am. But I will never be returning to this location

After a long day, went to the drive thru for Shamrock shakes (an annual tradition) and chicken nuggets sor our son. The guy taking money was polite, no real personality. The lady who gave out the food (seemed to be a senior citizen) was funny, big smile, made my night! Side notes…1. Shakes were good but tasted a little different 2. Expensive. Were over $5 each! McDonald’s isn’t the reasonable family option anymore.

DIRTY! We could not find one clean table to sit down and there was only 1 occupied table in the entire place. I nicely asked for the table to be clean, pointing out every table was dirty and the employee came back to clean JUST our table. We sat down and ate, nobody returned to clean the rest of the filthy tables. Don’t go at this restaurant!! Logic makes me wonder what’s in the back where they cook if the front is so shamelessly filthy?

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s because of the manager on duty. My friends and I were inside the restaurant and the manager actually locked the doors with us still inside. When we tried to unlock the door so we could leave, he started yelling at us aggressively like we did something wrong just for trying to exit the building.

APPALLING SERVICE!! All we ordered were 5 basic meals consisting of Chicken McNuggets, fries, and some chicken sandwiches. I could understand maybe waiting 10 minutes, possibly even 15, but we waited upwards of 25 minutes! This McDonald’s is highly understaffed as it wasn’t even busy. And when we got our order, it wasn’t even correct! They didn’t give us any of the sauces we asked for and even gave us an extra fry box, but you can’t complain about that. And the food wasn’t even worth the wait. It was mid at best and I gave the food category three stars since it wasn’t horrible and you can’t complain about food but the fries and nuggets were cold and just honestly, I’ve had better food from McDonald’s. The tables weren’t the cleanest but I’d honestly expect that from every fast food chain. However, as far as I could tell, the staff were nice and weren’t rude, which is why I didn’t give my overall review 1 star. And I even saw people coming in from their cars complaining to the staff due to waiting too long for their food to arrive in their vehicle, as they ordered online. And it was so understaffed that over half of the time, there was no employee standing at the front. So overall, it’s not horrible but could’ve been much, much better.
P.S. I’ve never written a review before in my life but the service at this place was HORRIBLE and writing a review of my experience was necessary.

This place is the slowest McDonald’s i have ever seen. 1 hash brown, 1 hotcakes can’t be last for 15 mins.

Always ask for fresh fries and everytime they try to give me old fries. Went in at 1050am one day and ordered a big Mac meal was told I hard to wait and reorder in 10 mins because they were only serving breakfast…place was empty

You’d think if they’re making you pay for condiments, they would at least include them in your order. A relative picked up my app order for me, and when I opened it they forgot my 4 condiments that I paid for, which ruins the meal (I really love sauce) Very annoying

This parking lot is a maze to figure out. Trying to figure out where the entrance is and finding no left turn or do not enter signs at every turn is frustrating.
Watch out for hidden charges!!
Ordered a breakfast combo the other day, and got charged a +$2 “upcharge” for the medium OJ it’s literally advertised with! Scam city.
