Please tell me what the hell is at the bottom of what’s supposed to be my strawberry banana smoothie and why it came dirty and looks like someone got the first sip before I could. I’ve already reported it to DoorDash but you need to see how my drink came because this is ridiculous and it looks disgusting. I have not taken a single sip out of this since it arrived because I’ll be damned if I drink ANYTHING that looks as disgusting as this. Whoever’s in charge of making the smoothies need to be removed IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Had a great experience at McDonald’s! The food was fresh and hot, my order was accurate, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything was clean and well organized. Quick service and great quality — definitely a 5-star visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avoid this McDonalds. The drive thru service is horrible and the order taker is full of insults. The person does not even know their menu items and told me he would never eat McDonald’s food. Go to Wendy’s for better service.

I went through the drive-thru. They had a gentleman talking to you through the service and you could not understand him and he added something to my order and I told him that I did not order that and he turned around with oh my God and I said excuse me and he just said oh my God. I don’t think that’s the proper service that you need at a drive-thru. It wasn’t my mistake

Sometimes dealing with places like this can be difficult when some a lids not on properly or someone miss hears you and after my drinks lid wasn’t on properly and spilled on myself, manager Kelsey replenished me and was able to help clean up the mess with giving me a surplus of napkins but most important helped. No judgement but just a good person helping another person after a mistake. Things happen and Kelsey went above and beyond helping!! (Most managers would have not been like Kelsey. Ina time in our lives when we need more Kelsey’s, be a Kelsey!)

I watched person handling the burgers touch the register and random things with her gloves, then make food with same gloves. Health department need to step in.
Also, Always takes over 10 minutes if you go inside. No matter what you order. Even just a drink.

How hard is it to read a ticket when says no onions it means no onions don’t hide them on the bottom bun don’t put them on!! Every single time I ask for no onions at this McDonald’s my sandwich always has onions so hard to keep them off

Terrible service — they are clearly understaffed. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our order. While sitting there, we also noticed another customer didn’t even receive his full order. Be prepared to waste a lot of time here for nothing — by the time the food comes, you won’t even feel like eating anymore.
