Love this (for the most parts) well run Mickey D’s. They pay attention to the regular customers even when they’re swamped with takeout orders. Unlike some other locations, their soft serve machine is always in working order.

It was very late and I ordered a lyft but had to change the location bc store where I was closed soon. The driver only spoke spanish and my span is limited so I asked the man at reg if he spoke spanish and could translate. He not only translated but walked me out to vehicle. It was almost 1am and street was scary and empty. G.R.A.T.E.F.U.L. A McDonald’s employee went above and beyond to assist a customer like me who was stressed. Super Grateful

It’s a homeless shelter and the staff accommodate them before any paying customer. Why would anyone ear in? I don’t know. ♂️

I ordered from the kiosk it states put a table # if your eating in so I did. I waited probably 5 or more minutes to find out my order wasn’t made. I went to the register they were like oh; they made the order and it wasn’t brought to the table. Why ask for a table #! Ugh.
