I pass this place on my way home from work so I can say I have given it many chances. The orders are more often wrong or missing something. Well today was no different. I ordered plan hamburgers and got cheese burgers. When I went to remove the cheese I found this strange white substance on the meet. Gross and disgusting. Everything went in the garbage.

Location, location, location. The same food item can vary on a scale of 1 to 5 depending on the location of the chain. I’ve had plenty of five star burgers from McDonald’s as well as many one star burgers from McDonald’s. This big Mac comes in at two stars. As you can see by pictures and video, you will see dried up slabs of beef on a piece of cheese with some chopped up onion. On my order, I put extra cheese extra onion extra big Mac sauce. The reason I’m giving this two stars and not one star is because they did give me the extra piece of cheese. I paid for everything else fell by the wayside, if this is the quality that I can expect from the Hasbrouck Heights, McDonald’s,I will not be eating lunch or dinner from here as this sad excuse for a big Mac was given to me.

I went through the drive through and ordered a breakfast with tea. Device was fast. When I went to drink tea if was just hot water and cold milk. The teabag was in the bag. I had to pull over to make my tea. If I hadn’t noticed before arriving at my destination I might have almost cold water to make tea with.

If you are looking for fast-food this is not the place. I stopped at this location before work and it literally took 20+ minutes for me to receive my food. I only ordered a chicken biscuit meal (nothing excessive). This wait time was absolutely ridiculous. It seemed like the staff were going in circles to look busy, meanwhile no one was receiving their food aside from those in the drive-thru. I will NOT be returning to this location. Time is precious ✨️ I’m still trying to find the 20+ minutes I lost this morning .

Recently remodeled, this McDonald’s now has a more modern feel, but the color choices make it feel too cold. It’s also physically quite cold in this restaurant, and has been for a very long time. I’m a firm believer the owners/mangers don’t want to turn on the heat.
Counters are at accessible heights now, very low to the ground, making it more accommodating to those who may be shorter or in wheelchairs.
You can now order from a screen instead of going up to the counter, which is nice, particularly when this place gets crowded.

The service was terrible. I lost my wallet in their parking lot and some ditsy fly hung up the phone on me and kept rejecting my phone calls to inquire about where it was. This raises serious concerns regarding personal information and was unprofessionally handled. I hope that worker gets fired and you’re lucky the police found it first. I’ve reported this to corporate, good luck keeping a job or finding a new one. Think twice before you hang up the phone on a customer.

This McDonald’s, located on Route 17 South in Hasbrouck Heights, is a most convenient location for travellers. It is just about a half mile south of Route 46, and near Teterboro Airport. It has all the standard features of McDonald’s, but here the service always seems to be a bit quicker, which is good, especially when you’re in a rush to get going. Vehicular entry and exit is quick,(especially when the lights are going your way). I found the service was good as well.

Walked over from hotel next door. I used to kiosk, it was simple and fast. The double cheeseburger was made properly with the customization requested. Very friendly staff.

Refused to put Oreo on my Oreo mc flurry. When I called, rudely hung up. What happened to the customer is always right? Seems like no one knows how to run a McDonald’s these days. I will take my business to Burger King.
