Dude… manager response to my moldy egg sandwich was “no it’s like that sometimes that’s why.” It’s all good though. They offered me my $8 back so don’t worry everything is okay. Case closed! Stay away from this location. There’s a better one close by on river st. Or better yet just bring food from home. It’s better. P.s. I’m not coming back for my $8. Merry Christmas.

Very pleasant staff. Drive thru remains to be a quick and efficient way to promptly get a bite to eat and go, when pinched for time. Staff again is very pleasant, and even went so far as to quickly help me navigate the McDonald’s app for the 1st time. Order has always been correct and when I’ve went inside things were clean and not chaotic. This was a pleasantly, as some fast food resturants can come off as quite chaotic. It’s a fast food restaurant. Many fixtures have been upgraded since I visited last. One can order at the kiosk and skip waiting in line to order, pay. One can also see what the pictures while making selections. Big help in ordering!
Bathroom is locked, need to inquire at the counter to have the door open for you.
Not too many parking spaces but they do have drive through.
I had a big breakfast which is more expensive and less food than my last visit. Will try other selections on my next trip here.

Your fries are never cooked and it pisses me off how much money I waste to eat literally ONE and be disgusted. Very rarely you guys happen to cook them fully, most of the time they are so pale I think they are still raw. THIS IS A DISGRACE

Everytime I come here through drive through they always make me park even if it’s just nuggets. And sometimes is not even busy. It’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant, I get it if my order was big but I come here for nuggets and they always tell me to park and wait for a long time

I just wanted to apologize to the guy that works on Sunday morning at the first window. This was a few weeks ago in October of 2025. I was screaming and crying because I wanted the shake to be great like it always was by first in line. The guy went out of his way to help by even suggesting to make it in front of his so it comes out not soupy but I was so focused on being upset that I didn’t hear what he was saying until after my dad told me. I appreciate his help and I feel really guilty on how I treated him. I suffer from severe anxiety, ocd, and autism spectrum so sometimes I get out of control but that was no excuse on how I treated him. I hope you all can forgive me here and I hope this guy reads this or someone at least tells him about this message but if not I understand. Thank you

If I could give it 0 I would. The RUDEST workers alive. At 4:30 in the morning insisted I wait outside for over 10 minutes in the rain waiting for an uber order. They never came back to the window.

This McDonald’s located on Essex Street near the Essex Street Train Station, is a very convenient store for many bus and train commuters. It was renovated a few years back, and aesthetically is now one big confusion up front, but more relaxing (when you get a table, which isn’t always) in the side. The food is, as with many McDonald’s, standard fare, and they now have wheelchair accessible seatings at most tables. There are a number of downpoints however. First, just ordering can become trying to one’s patience, as they have a flashing menu board and if you miss what you were looking for, you have to wait till it recycles back to your point. The kiosks can be just as confusing, and sometimes credit cards don’t go through, causing more delays. Then, you have to find a table, which sometimes as well, doesn’t happen. This is because during the remodel, they took a few tables out to make room for all the new equipment. So be ready to take your food, unintentionally, to go, just in case.
