How is it possible that I leave work hungry, go to the car, order something, and when I get home, I can’t find what I ordered? They gave me another customer’s meal. They need to have more trained staff who can do things properly because now I’m left without food because they don’t know how to do their jobs, and I lost my money because I don’t eat what they gave me. And now, who’s going to reimburse me? Nobody.

We were in the neighborhood on Christmas Day and there was no store open except McDonald’s. It has been a while since my last visit and our experience wasn’t bad.
The safety procedures were planned and executed properly. We used the order kiosk for contactless purchase and it went smoothly. We had 2 large coffee (Latte and Mocha), an egg sandwich and a cinnamon roll.
The food was decent and kind of exceeding expectation which was a surprise. Our favorite was the cinnamon roll, which was served warm and soft.

Good night I’m a concerned customer on 12/26/24 I ordered food I understand this is a fast food restaurant but every fast food restaurant should be clean professionals handling food with care down to the bags everything I ordered should be clean cooked properly packaged properly and safely….. i drink all of the soda so I had a little left so I decided to finish it up for some reason something told me to look down what I see in my cup is peace off packaging Styrofoam inside my cup know what this means someone is not doing there job properly this is unacceptable and not healthy

Ordered delivery my food was cold when it arrived and it literally 3 minutes driving. They didn’t put all my food in the bag. And surprise surprise they didn’t answer the phone when I called. Delivery cost almost double the amount. 63 dollars. Ridiculous!!!!!
