We went with my sister to get coffee, ordered, the order number was 639. We stood waiting, after 7-10 minutes of waiting, we began to think that they had forgotten about us. And there was no one at the coffee counter. And the order 642 was already ready, we realized that they had forgotten about us. We came up and asked where our order was, she started flipping through, and realized that she had missed it. We thought that this happens, but only after 3-4 minutes they started making coffee. They gave it to us, but only one, we say we have two. The cashier says to wait a minute, we was waiting, and we saw that no one is working on our coffee. We realized that we were simply being ignored. As a result, we were already late, and we had to leave with one coffee, terrible service, we were enchanted. The coffee wasn’t bad.

This location sucks. For some reason they don’t allow ordering on the McDonald’s app. You’re able to go on the app and pick everything you would like but when it comes time to check out it is not allowed.

Don’t know why anyone would be bored enough to write a review for a McDonald lol. But seriously, this is the place where you can go at 2am near the neighborhood and you would see all kinds of interesting people there from work, bar, cinema and the staff would serve everyone with fresh hot food and coke with ice. It’s nice to have such a place near your home.

Downstairs looks modern and has the expected features of a McDonalds except the space. There’s no seating or even standing room downstairs. The lines for ordering and pickup easily take over the space. There’s a small seating area upstairs.. it looks in need of redecorating, and is a bit cozy, but I can probably accommodate 29-25 people or so. Food and service is good. Honestly the major drawback is ergonomics and space.

The food is thankfully the same as at any other local McDonald’s, but do not go here for a quick meal. The staff are slow as molasses. Almost every time I go in, there is a line, not because of the onslaught of customers, but the can’t-be-bothered-to-pick-up-the-pace staff. They really do act like they have all the time in the day to fill the orders. Unfortunately, I do not have all the time in the day to wait around for a simple nuggets and fries order–I mean really, none of what I get is made to order so why so slow? I would only go here if I have budgeted at least 25 minutes of wait-time, and for that much time, let’s be real, why would I even bother with fast food? For 25 minutes, I could get fresh made-to-order fries at a non-fast food establishment.

Unless McDonald’s changed their signature golden, crispy nuggets…. this place does not sell them. This has to be some back of the freezer, been sitting there for years, tasteless, sad excuse for nuggets I’ve ever eaten.
