Soooo many times I order from Uber Eats and this locations fries come cold. The McDonalds on 12th which is further away always has hotter fries. Super annoying. I wish the owner would order Uber Eats from here to see what I mean.

Best McDonald’s by far! I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years. The staff knows me and before I even pay, my coffee is made and on the counter, ready for me! Great staff amd managers! Super friendly! Very clean!

This is the medium vs large now. Usually my mobile app order will start packaging when I arrive. Today it is packed in shelf already when I arrived. The fries are not crispy any more.

McDonald’s is usually pretty okay at best. Went here with my wife and was extremely impressed with the crew here. We ordered our food (waited 5 minutes for it) and went upstairs to a small place to eat. As we ate I watched the crew here take pride in their work. Everything is cleaned after every order. Very very impressed.

Don’t know why anyone would be bored enough to write a review for a McDonald lol. But seriously, this is the place where you can go at 2am near the neighborhood and you would see all kinds of interesting people there from work, bar, cinema and the staff would serve everyone with fresh hot food and coke with ice. It’s nice to have such a place near your home.

The Big Mac should be called the Mc Slider, the portions are getting microscopic. Overall the food is decent. The service is good. Be careful, sketchy customers frequent the place. Overall a good fast food place.

This place needs some updates, but it’s definitely a serviceable McDonald’s. The place is tiny so there’s no seating on the first floor, and very limited seating on the second floor.
They’re reasonably fast most of the time, I typically use the mobile app and I say “I’m here” typically when I’m across Columbus and it’s ready within a minute or two of walking in the door.

We went with my sister to get coffee, ordered, the order number was 639. We stood waiting, after 7-10 minutes of waiting, we began to think that they had forgotten about us. And there was no one at the coffee counter. And the order 642 was already ready, we realized that they had forgotten about us. We came up and asked where our order was, she started flipping through, and realized that she had missed it. We thought that this happens, but only after 3-4 minutes they started making coffee. They gave it to us, but only one, we say we have two. The cashier says to wait a minute, we was waiting, and we saw that no one is working on our coffee. We realized that we were simply being ignored. As a result, we were already late, and we had to leave with one coffee, terrible service, we were enchanted. The coffee wasn’t bad.

I went to this location just tonight and bought a box of cookies. I got home and ALLLLLLLLL Of them were mashed up and just rammed into the box. Tried to get ice cream, a sundae, a McFlurry, can’t bc it was ALLLLLLLLL “sold out”. But when you asked the cashier she said, “the machine is broken”. I absolutely cannot stand this location, they’re one of THE WORST Mc Donalds. Best thing about them is their new security guard. He was friendly, helpful and alert and doing his job unlike their usual slow and fat guard who’s always on his phone. Do not spend your money here.
