My co worker ordered during our lunch break. The food came fast however everything was super cold and there were No utensils, straw, napkins nor were there any condiments. This was my first time eating McDonald in over 12 years. The fries were cold and dry and the fish sandwich was cold. I probably won’t ever eat Mc Donald’s again.

I just went to this branch and the manager refused to take my order at the counter. She told me to use the self-service screens, even though there was no one else in line and she wasn’t busy. She was in a terrible mood. They should reprimand her or, better yet, replace her. What would it have cost her to take my order? I was already standing right in front of her. She spoke to me rudely, and I left the branch and went to the one on Broad Street in Elizabeth, NJ. Why would I stay there if she’s going to be so unpleasant? They need to replace her because the next time I go, I’ll ask to speak to someone above her. If she doesn’t want to work, she should go home or find another job… Several employees were just standing around doing nothing, chatting. I didn’t catch the girl’s name, but she’s the manager of the group. Everything is great at this branch, but that woman came and ruined the moment by telling people to do things as if she were the owner of the branch.

Beautiful renovation, open-style seating, bright and very clean! The workers are nice and speak English and Spanish. For dine-in customers, they will bring the food to your table and even followed up to see if everything was good Its not a very big McDonalds, although the way the seating is arranged, there is plenty of seating for families and a bar top area as well. Be aware, there are many school buildings nearby, and this location tends to get packed with students at lunchtime and after 3pm during the school year. The Free wifi was easy to connect too! Bathrooms are clean & wheelchair accessible.

The service is terrible; they don’t give you sauces or napkins, and they even charge for ketchup. And the staff here act like you’re taking their paycheck because they serve you with such a bad attitude.

I was served a completely raw Quarter Pounder at this McDonald’s, which is beyond unacceptable. This is a serious health hazard and could easily lead to salmonella or other foodborne illnesses. It’s clear the staff are recklessly rushing orders without any regard for customer safety. If they can’t even ensure the food is cooked, they have no business serving the public. Avoid this location at all costs until they fix their dangerous food preparation practices!

I placed my order to pick up from my house 15 minutes before leaving and when I arrived I had to wait 15 more minutes just for a meal of nuggets and a hamburger. The workers were laughing and playing in the kitchen and only when I asked them about my order they went to prepare it.
