Today, I order McDonald for delivery and when the driver got there they told them that they had already given my order away to someone else. The driver was confused and so was I because it said on the app that the driver was waiting for the food and they were like we can’t give it to you because we gave it away. How does that happen don’t they check which goes out for delivery? Like this is not the first time I have problems with this specific McDonald’s, I had to wait for 40 minutes and they kept telling the driver that they couldn’t do it again anymore and I had to cancel my order. Thank goodness that I got a refund but they need to do better.

Easily one of the worst McDonalds I have been to. The food is always cold and stale, never fresh. The food somehow still takes forever even though it’s been sitting out. A lot of the time my food will even be brown and mushy. The staff are rude and dismissive. I even tried to give this location multiple tries to see if it was just a one time thing. It wasn’t. I would rather drive another 15 mins or so out of my way to go to any other McDonalds or restaurant in general. Just to avoid these issues at this restaurant. All of the other locations in the this area do not have these issues.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my last visit to McDonald’s was disappointing enough that I felt I had to. The food came out lukewarm, not fresh at all,My chicken nuggets were burned.
The service wasn’t much better. The cashier/ manager seemed rushed and uninterested, barely making eye contact, and it took way too long for my online order.
I get that fast food isn’t supposed to be gourmet, but at the very least it should be hot, and fresh. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s didn’t meet even those basic expectations.

They rarely if ever actually give you the extra oreos you pay for. Oreo Mcflurries are one of the only sweet treats I consistently get and it’s 1/4 times that they don’t give you extra oreos that you paid for.

This service here is horrendous. I ordered 3 McCrispys with cheese. Pretty simple order, but this location is known for messing up simple orders as the last time I came to this location and added cheese to my sandwiches, there was none. No surprise, there was no cheese on my sandwiches last night either. I drive back around the drive through, stated they forgot my cheese and they told me to drive to the window. There was a pretty decent line and the service was extremely slow so I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes to get to the window. As I’m at the window, the employee insists that there is nothing they can do other than throw a cold slice of cheese on top of the sandwiches and stated there was no way of warming up the food. As a customer, I should not have to eat cold food due to employee error, so I insist that the food is completely remade. He slammed the drive through window on me. There was so much sassiness and attitude from this man, I asked this man for his name as his customer service was very poor. He insisted on not giving me his name stating I don’t need that information. Never heard of a fast food restaurant where employees first names aren’t disclosed. I asked to speak to a manager as it came to my surprise he wasn’t a manager and was a regular team member. She remade the food with no issue and let me know that the employees name is Darrell. I will definitely be calling corporate about this man and his unprofessionalism as he should not be an employee with such poor communication skills and customer service. The video will also be posted on TikTok.

Everytime is the same thing.
My mother and aunt asked for the order in the picture below, ans we were missing the nuggets. That usually happens when we go there and we check if is everything okay, but this time my mother and her sister went home before check it. This doesn’t surprises me but anyway it piss anyone off when they want to eat but the food don’t because of irresponsible employees.

McDonald’s is really getting worse the cheaper price is getting expensive then you think everyone is checked it out myself as a senior it’s not worth it even if ask for discount they gave it in regular price so basically for 4 regular. Burgers 2 with cheese and 2 are plain just only that ridiculous shame price costing was $10.96 and not enough meat either were all better off cooking home cheaper to save instead of eating out everyone save your money McDonald’s prices are not worth it save your money for the Covid vaccines instead I’m very unhappy and disappointed in all franchise not even enough for a family of 4 just a shame.
