Employees don’t care if anyone is in line waiting to order. Customers are simply ignore until a customer speaks up.
Breakfast sandwiches consistently have egg shell pieces still in the sandwich- I can understand it happening occasionally but it has been consistent. Definitely need to retrain the staff.

Tables are not clean, limited seats available. Self service kiosks most of the time out of service. Always crowded and wait time is long. I would suggest to avoid this place and try something else nearby. Chicken sandwiches are kind of dry and not tasty.

I came to this McDonalds at 10:50PM. The person in front told me the register was closed and they couldn’t serve me any food. But, when another gentleman walked in, they served him but not us. After I expressed to him that his closing hours was 11:00PM not 10:50pm, he did not care and continue to say the register was closed. Never coming to this McDonalds again!!! Disgusting behavior

Amy at the front brought out our food with everything I needed for my order with a smile (she deserves a raise).
She took her service 2 steps further, and I’m looking forward to returning and making this McDonald’s a part of my grocery run routine.

Terrible. They got my order wrong twice. They charged me 20 dollars for food I never received. I’m missing an entire meal. And half of the food is cold.

I asked for a spoon for my special need client and was denied a spoon and the manager charged me .25 cents when my other clients had purchased food and coffee from them. I feel terrible this is bad customer service
