I come here a lot as a customer they have some nice stuff nice older gentleman working the register the manager with blonde hair is very professional and courteous… Service is very fast….. Only thing I don’t understand is from McDonald’s why don’t they have a rack that is heated to keep the food hot for the deliveries. They just leave it on a regular metal rack waiting there and you don’t know when a driver is going to show up for it so it’s going to sit there and get cold then the driver gets blamed…. Just a suggestion

I’m very disappointed in the service here last night. Both drive thru lines were packed, which I didn’t mind because I thought they must be carefully cooking and preparing the food…WRONG! My order was prepared hastily. The burgers weren’t even wrapped properly. The wrapper was open on not 1 but 2 burgers. I was also missing a burger from the #9 combo and an order or fries from another order placed. The burgers weren’t good. They were cold and a waste of money. The only decent thing in the meal were the fries which were fresh only because I asked for no salt. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. I’ll go to the Hillside location the next time. I’m highly disappointed in this location.

This seems like a pretty good location.
The atmosphere is nice and it is fairly clean. On my most recent visit, the food was served reasonably hot. The service was OK.
Overall, much better than many other locations.

There is something about the kiosk programming, I think, I was unable to edit the value meal to select decaf instead of regular coffee.

I’ve been here several times recently, so my review is a summation of all my visits. Whether it’s drive thru or inside, it always seems to get backed up constantly. I think an issue might be communication within the team: a store can only operate when everyone is working towards the end goal. I have been asked a few times to double confirm my order after placing it. I’d say the drive thru is worse, waiting on average longer than at other McDonald’s locations. You definitely feel it especially if there’s a rush. Also, there’s a fee here for something as simple as extra mayo: again, not seen at other locations. All in all not terrible, but not super great either.

This place is great. I didn’t have to wait at all for my food, it was served warm, and for once my burger didn’t look like someone sat on it. The environment was very nice and clean. Always one of these things happened when I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie at a different McDonalds. They would say the machine is broken, the ice wasn’t crushed enough , and when it was finally served, it would be melted or not completely full.Today none of that happened. It was a great meal.

Google says this location is open until 11pm. We made an Order at 1015pm while sitting in the parking lot. We pull up with our code at 1016pm and the girl on the microphone says theyre closed. We said we have a code and paid on the app. Girl says theyre closed. We asked how to get a refund, she says theyre closed. So tomorrow we will figure out how to get refunded when mcdonalds closed earlier then they have stated. This is a management issue but girl on the microphone could have been more professional but chose to be rude. She knew what was going on. We knew what was going on. Idk why i expected a mcdonalds worker to be professional

I placed an order for 2 meals 1 large another medium and never received my actual receipt and had to go inside to get one of my meals fixed and asked for my original receipt received a different receipt for just 1 sandwich and also both my large and medium fries was a disappointment they both was the size of a value fries that was the downfall for me this was my go to restaurant and now it will not be I will travel somewhere else. I have pictures of the fries as well. This type of service needs to stop people like myself pay for a FULL MEAL INCLUDING THE FRIES TO BE FILLED NOT JUST FILL IT HALF WAY THATS NOT WHAT I HAD PAID FOR.

I ordered food through door dash and this is the second time they messed up order. Wrong sandwich how you get bacon egg and cheeses bagel out of sausage egg and cheese and a caramel frappe how u get ice coffee. Make it make sense please. Someone is not paying attention to orders or just don’t care to do right.
