Ordered a Large 4-piece tender combo last night, think it’s the #5 but the point is I gave the lady the combo number at the drive thru. Charged me $10 and change and I drove off. Fortunately I checked the bag to find out I got 4 nuggets, not tenders. I came back around and the lady working said I ordered nuggets, to which I disagreed, and was left in silence for two minutes until I was summoned to the second window. There, she proceeded to try charging me another 5$ to swap in the nuggets for the tenders. She could barely speak English so obviously could not explain why I was paying another 5$ for what I initially ordered. She called in another employee who gave me crazy attitude and said that I had to pay the extra 5$. I did it because I was tired but this was honestly ridiculous. If you mess up you should own it and not gaslight a customer, especially if you SPEAK ZERO ENGLISH. This lady should actually be fired she has zero business working in a customer service capacity. Happened Friday after midnight.

I had a simple order. Quarter Pounder with cheese and a coke. Very simple, but not for these clowns. The whole store was empty. Burger was nasty with cold cheese not even warmed up. When I showed them they said ok and somehow 5 MINUTES LATER they hand me a Big Mac then had the nerve to get mad at me for them screwing up the order and giving me the wrong sandwich. Then what seems like another 10 mins they hand me back the original burger I had clearly pulled out the trash to put in Microwave.. THIS WHOLE STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED!!! Avoid at all cost

I work over night and when I come to this place they always say they are closed, even with a big lit up sign up front stating they are open 24 hours.

Clean, fast, the new computer screens work to put the order in. Our order was fine (kids don’t like anything on their cheeseburgers and the staff got it right.). Bathrooms were clean as well. Easy on and off from the NJTP.

This is so crazy, came home and found a damn wrap on a patty!!! Are you for real! How do you cook this and serve this to a customer with a damn wrap! Totally disgusted by McDonald’s. I called them so many times and of course no one answers!!!!! Very disappointing.

Buy one get one free double cheeseburgers in the app. Can’t beat two double cheeseburgers for $2.79. It is what it is as far as a fast food burgers, but you cannot beat that price. I always get extra catch-up, extra pickles, and extra onions when I order this, because that way I will get a normal amount as opposed to next to nothing. You’ll actually see in the picture extra pickles totaled three pickle chips. If you do not ask for extra pickle chips, you will only get two. The only extra I feel you actually get is ketchup. 5 stars on the cost, 3.5 stars on the burgers, blended score of a 4.25 overall.

I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars or NEGATIVE stars… this is by far the worst McDonald’s in NJ and possibly any other state I have ever been to. This is closest one to my house so when I have no time to drive to Avenel or Linden I force myself to go here and EVERY SINGLE TIME its a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! The service is HORRIBLE, 2 weekends in a row I stopped there for breakfast and went through the drive through and both time had to be asked to pull over and they’ll bring me my food and both time I waited nearly 20 minutes before I flipped out and got my money back. Nobody was even in the restaurant so I cant understand why they move so damn slow. To top it off nobody speaks english so they ignore you if you talk english to them. I asked for a manager and NOBODY would tell me who the manager was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS!!!

Mobile ordered & paid ahead of time as this location was indicated as 24hrs. Store is closed at 3:30am and I’m unable to cancel my order as “it’s being prepared”. No food but money spent :/
