Okay. I ordered a Sausage Egg McGriddle and a Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle and 2 Hashbrowns. On the screen that displays the order, the screen stated “NO BACON”… when the speaker asked me to confirm the order I brought up that the order says No Bacon… he says “yeah yeah no worry about it I know I know”… okay.
I pull up, I asked for ketchup. That’s it. Just two ketchup packets. Not too hard right? I pay for my order, and after about 3 minutes my sandwiches come and the window closes. I pull away and drive to work. I open the bag and surprise!
Just like I had expected; No bacon on my sandwich. No Ketchup. Not even a single packet. They didn’t even throw in a single napkin. Dude really? I paid full price and this is the service I get? You guys suck. Why do you treat customers like they’re a problem? Never coming back here again, and if you do make the unfortunate choice of ordering from here In morning, please double check your order because the workers don’t care.

They will throw your fries back in the fryer to make them extra hot and crispy at absolutely no extra cost. It’s worth the extra 4 minutes or wait time.

Having worked at McDonald’s myself when I was younger, I know it’s possible to treat customers with respect, even during busy times. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I suggest visiting a different McDonald’s—this location clearly needs to address how their drive-thru staff interact with customers.
