I went to 1155 us-46 Parsippany. NJ McDonald’s Oct. 18.2025 t o get something to eat. I decided to get the filet o fish combo.it is rather strange than it came out as quickly as it did. Fries were warm, sandwich wasnt freshly made and diet coke was looking light in color , and to mention that it was a drive thru orderr. I won’t go back to that location again. Best thing anyone else could do is just go insde for your order to mske sure that you get everything the way it should be made. And it order number 73and as i see, certain employee’s need to be retrained of how to take orders and know how to run a credit card and to r refund a credit card as asked instead of saying yes they refunded the card and didnt to be able to charge another caed in full. It was at 9:52 pm 5hen 5he person left the register and someone else took over the drive thru window. Corporate knows about it.

Ordered curbaide pickup. Waited 18 minutes. Pulled into the drive thru. Apparently my pies were cooking. They didn’t think to come and tell me or bring the rest of my food, just left me waiting and waiting and waiting. In the drive thru they said the pies had 2 more minutes and to pull back around to park. Took them an additional 7 minutes to bring the food out!

Was here Friday, August 15th at approx 10am to order a breakfast sandwich. I pull up and the speaker was not working. I waited 2 min before some responded and said “Wait a minute… okay?” ..
Okay. I ordered a Sausage Egg McGriddle and a Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle and 2 Hashbrowns. On the screen that displays the order, the screen stated “NO BACON”… when the speaker asked me to confirm the order I brought up that the order says No Bacon… he says “yeah yeah no worry about it I know I know”… okay.
I pull up, I asked for ketchup. That’s it. Just two ketchup packets. Not too hard right? I pay for my order, and after about 3 minutes my sandwiches come and the window closes. I pull away and drive to work. I open the bag and surprise!
Just like I had expected; No bacon on my sandwich. No Ketchup. Not even a single packet. They didn’t even throw in a single napkin. Dude really? I paid full price and this is the service I get? You guys suck. Why do you treat customers like they’re a problem? Never coming back here again, and if you do make the unfortunate choice of ordering from here In morning, please double check your order because the workers don’t care.

Please don’t buy from here. A medium coffee costs $0.36 more than at McDonald’s, which is only 1 mile away. You’ll lose money on larger or frequent purchases.

Here is a great sort of secret request hack. Although it’s not typically advertised, McDonalds will honor a request for Well Done French Fries.
They will throw your fries back in the fryer to make them extra hot and crispy at absolutely no extra cost. It’s worth the extra 4 minutes or wait time.
This confirms that McDonalds is the fast food king of French fries!

I placed an order with extra items and had a specific request, but the person at the drive-thru window was extremely rude and unaccommodating. It’s disappointing to spend money at a place where the staff can’t take a moment to show basic courtesy. The behavior was unacceptable enough that I felt the need to call the store directly to address it.
Having worked at McDonald’s myself when I was younger, I know it’s possible to treat customers with respect, even during busy times. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I suggest visiting a different McDonald’s—this location clearly needs to address how their drive-thru staff interact with customers.
