The staffs here are so unprofessional and they don’t care about their customers at all. I was there for mobile pick up at 9.40pm and I was surprised that the doors were locked already except drive thru. They have a lot of bags ready on the desk inside and I was ringing the bell on the window but they’re just looking at me like they don’t care. Meanwhile the order was already ready for pick up and they made me stood there wasting my time.

On two separate occasions, I’ve noticed that the window attendants appear unhappy and unfriendly towards the drive-thru customers. I understand that workers have bad days, aren’t feeling well, and have everyday (normal) problems (maybe worse), but remember not to be rude to your customers. 🙁

“Terrible service. As soon as I arrived, I showed the workers and the manager my order for pickup. They then claimed that I must have misplaced my order and didn’t complete it, despite me seeing it right on their system board. To my surprise, they admitted giving the order to a random person. They eventually remade my order, but when I got home, they had messed up the sandwich I had originally ordered, making me wait an additional 10 minutes for them to fix it. Next time, McDonald’s, please ask for the customer’s order number code!”

This McDonald’s is the worst! The wrong Uber eats order was given to the delivery person. When I went to ask if my order was still at the restaurant, the manager Dan Hernandez was beyond rude and was more accusatory than helpful. They were also ringing up meals without telling customers that they ran out of fries before hand! Who wants a meal without fries? Dan Hernandez is disrespectful and I definitely plan to report him to corporate!

My experience at this McDonald’s was pretty good. This location is modern and clean. I came in for breakfast the sausage biscuit hashbrowns and sweet tea hit the spot in the morning. My only complaint is the person taking my order was not friendly and awkward. But the person giving me my food was polite.

The recent renovations look great. As part of that, there’s a 24-hour walk up window that I used for my visit here one morning. It was pretty convenient and fast. I got their new pasties – the Apple Fritter and Cinnamon Roll. They were both pretty good, the Apple Fritter was better and I’d get that again. The cinnamon roll was just okay. I’d rather wait to be near to a Cinnabon up get one.
