I love the cookies here, I do uber delivery and yo its always packed , and for some reason the food is never ready. When you are in the front to pickup your order, they act like they don’t see you standing they. IT’S hard to get anyone attention, and they be like 2 feet away from the countertop. Meals and are small and price just just going up.

2 PM. on Tuesday. It was busy. I ordered, and it took like 15 or 20 minutes. I am a patient person and not really rushed. My chicken sandwich was delicious. My fries were kind of soggy, but fries are fries from mcdonalds. They put a lot of cookies in my shake. I like what I got for how long I waited, and they were also pretty busy. I saw someone walk out with 2 big bags of food.

The recent renovations look great. As part of that, there’s a 24-hour walk up window that I used for my visit here one morning. It was pretty convenient and fast. I got their new pasties – the Apple Fritter and Cinnamon Roll. They were both pretty good, the Apple Fritter was better and I’d get that again. The cinnamon roll was just okay. I’d rather wait to be near to a Cinnabon up get one.

I ordered a large fish filet meal without the tater sauce I made sure check it before driving away because more than. Once they gave me the tatar sauce whish I do not like this time I made sure no tartar sauce was given sure enough there were tartar on it I told the server and hand it back to her which she immediately drag it out of my hands that was very rude and disrespectful to customer I am suggesting that please train you staff to treat your customers with respect and hire people who can understand the English language doesn’t mater what race you are but seems there is always a language barrier at this particular mcdonald working hard for the money is enough let alone been abused when spending it

I can’t believe in 2024, restaurants are still serving haphazardly prepared food. Please see pic and video. I went back for a refund and I realized, they do this all the time! They didn’t acknowledge me and I had to ask for a refund. The thought of consuming anything makes me sick to my stomach!

Morning good afternoon good evening to who this may concern. General manager manager supervisor, I have been coming to this establishment since this was built because this is fairly a new McDonald’s location. It was built over but I seem to have the same problems with this location over and over. Morning time does not have the smoothies or the milkshakes as always known to McDonald’s for having issues with that machine. But what you guys need to do is a set of compensating a person you’ll need to just refund the person because a smoothie does not cost the same price as a soda ever. Just refund the person especially if it’s not the same price because you’re going to keep on doing this and the person’s going to keep on losing money every time …

Horrible service. Not only did I have to repeat my order like 5 times at the drive threw, But they still got the order wrong. I had to go back inside because part of my order was missing. Theyre charging me for 1 extra ketchup and bbq sauce. Who does that?!?!!
