horrible experience as always at this McDonalds, now they are charging people for Tartar sauce when they ask for an extra sweet/sour sauce (free at any other Mcdonald’s) I asked for one extra. The lady at the window refused to give me her name but the “manager” Marcela didn’t care to explain why she actually looked just as confused as me!

Food was good, drive thru is wired, becareful with the sidewalk by the drive thru, free parking always good. They were a little slow with my oder, they had me pull around to the front door to wait for food, took 15 minutes to come out.

I went on Monday looking for a certain hello kitty toy my niece wanted & Seria was just amazing. Her customer service was the BEST I’ve ever experienced with a fast food worker. She was sweet, super positive and just good to be around, we need more people like her working in that type of industry! She made my experience so pleasant & looked through I don’t know how many boxes with a SMILE on her face just to find the specific toy I needed. 10/10 customer service !! Always make you wait even when you order ahead. Even if you order drive thru they make u drive around so someone can bring it out to you. Ive been here 30 min. I will need to find a new Mcdonalds this one was convenient but they need to hire more people
