The staff communicated loudly across the dining area in a manner that felt unprofessional and disruptive to the customer experience. When I brought up the issue of receiving cold fries, my request for a remake was declined. Additionally, the portions for items such as the ice cream cone and McFlurry were noticeably below the expected norm, with cups filled only about 30 percent of their capacity. Despite raising these concerns, the staff refused to address or correct the order.

The service gets worse every day. I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me a glass of milk; they probably didn’t refill the machine. They don’t give you ketchup, and the women who work there are always rude and rushed.

The worst McDonald’s ever is in Lincoln Park, New Jersey! I was excited to use a coupon to get a free french fry with my purchase. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, french fry and a chocolate shake. They make me park in the front of the building to wait for my burger and fries, when I get home, I notice there was no fries in my bag! I’ve never had a good experience and the only reason I’ve been to this place a couple times was because it’s literally down my street. To me, a mistake like that should literally have a complete credit to my order since they ruined my dinner! Mcdonald’s, get your crap together!!

The staff members are very friendly and courteous with their customers. This place is always clean. I love to eat at a clean place and where people make you feel welcome. The am team from Monday through Friday are the best! They work so well together. Thank you for all you do! We really appreciate it.

I waited at the counter for a little less than ten minutes. Everyone was busy in the back. One woman running around looked at me 4 minutes in. Never said hi, or acknowledge me. I waited and waited. Not many cars in the drive thru. Two employees were very concerned about the French fries cooking. I even smiled at the one woman working her butt off. She looked the other way. At this point I’d had it. I actually live around the corner and never had any kind of helpful service here. Time to hire some employees so you don’t lose your customers. I turned around and walked out. I went to Burger King instead and was treated appropriately. Never again will I return to Lincoln Park, Nj, Morris County McDonald’s on rt. 202. Over the past 11 years, they only provided lack of care. I’ve been in retail, food industry for many years. Never saw this type of behavior. Mind you I’ve tried a handful of times at this location. I guess I shouldn’t try try this place again. I always give a place a few chances.

Went through the drive-thru last night. Luckily checked my bag beforehand and it was missing a big-mac. Went in to get it and they inspected it like I was hiding bombs. After I finally got my order, and opened it to eat on the way home. The food was cold, stale; and clearly sitting awhile. They couldn’t even heat up the chocolate chip cookies. Terrible food, I wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog
