This is your average McDonald’s with a drive through and a decent amount of parking. It’s right Next to a ACME supermarket and pretty easy to get to in Fort Lee. Service is a little slow and drive through is sometimes very delayed. It’s best to order ahead in their app and choose to go inside and pick up your order. The food is what you’d expect from your average McDonald’s. Things taste like it should and is given to you at a decently warm temperature. On my last visit, I tried their relaunched snack wrap with their new signature sauce and it brought back memories when I had these as a child. The new sauce tastes like Chickflia sauce with slight tang, I like it! Staff is usually emotionless or friendly but I’ve never had a bad experience here.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. We arrived around 9:15 PM and waited about 10 minutes for our food. While waiting, a cleaning lady was loudly complaining in Spanish, saying things like “all these people are coming and I’m not going home tonight.” She seemed very upset and continued making noise while cleaning, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

When we finally got our food and sat down to eat, someone who appeared to be the manager came over and told us we only had five minutes to finish our meal. The cleaning lady stood behind her the entire time. I explained that if we only had five minutes to eat, I would rather have my money back, but the manager repeated that we had only five minutes and warned us not to sit on the other side because it had already been cleaned.

To make matters worse, they blocked the bathroom with cleaning buckets, and my elderly mother—who is handicapped—was unable to use it. After this, several other customers entered, and no one said anything to them about time limits.

We felt disrespected and discriminated against, especially since we were speaking Spanish. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Today, I was at the location around 7:00 p.m. and placed my order as usual. When I went to pick it up at the register, a young woman handed it to me without saying anything, in a manner I found rude, and then walked away. She also failed to give me my cup, which I later had to ask another employee for. I did not say anything at the time.

However, throughout my stay while I was eating at the location, the same person who handed me my order—whom I assume was the manager—kept yelling at and treating the employees poorly. During my entire visit, she continued shouting and giving orders in a rude manner that could be heard throughout the restaurant, which made me very uncomfortable and led me to leave.

Although the food was good, I wanted to report this poor customer service and the mistreatment of the employees.

Usually the staff are pretty nice except for one young white lady today. I don’t know what happened to her but wish she would show some respect next time, pretty impatient and no response after I spoke to her. Pick up is pretty soon.

Can we ask for more from the fast food restaurant? Probably not! The chicken patties in the “Big chicken Mac” were real dry! Fries were skinny and salty. Ice tea is ice tea, nothing exciting about it!

It was just another meal at the McDonald!

P.s., the server offered me 4 pieces of napkins which is really nice!

I go to this McDonald’s every morning to pick my iced coffee up via drive thru. Staffs were very friendly and I feel very appreciated. However, I have changed my mind when I got order today coffee. I ordered medium size but I got small. I also told staff that the cup marked small so need to be changed it, but the serving woman told me the cup I have was medium. I order same medium size everyday and it def small size I never had before. I told again this is small showing cup to her but i was told the cup is medium. ‍♀️Hmmm… never back there again.

Placed an order through the app for curbside. Not only did they didn’t pack the correct stuff and customization, the coffee was lukewarm. This location has messed up 80% of my orders. It’s sad what McDonald’s has become. No care for the customers.

Incredibly rude, loud, and inattentive staff. Very poor service, even for a McDonald’s. Information posted is often inaccurate, and the atmosphere feels hostile. Food is standard for a McDonald’s, but the service is unusually aggressive and unhelpful.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I placed a Mobile Order and paid in advance, but when I arrived, the staff flat-out refused to honor it. All I wanted was the service I had already paid for.

From the very beginning, the employees were shockingly rude and unprofessional. As soon as I pulled up and mentioned I had a Mobile Order, they told me I needed to cancel it. When I explained that I had already paid and simply wanted to receive what I ordered, they dismissed me and sent me to the next window.

At the second window, the experience was even worse. A middle-aged Hispanic woman was extremely disrespectful and outright hostile. She insisted they would not serve me and repeated that I had to cancel the order. On top of that, she had the audacity to make condescending comments like “Do you even understand what I’m saying?” — an unacceptable, borderline racist remark, especially considering she herself struggled to speak proper English.

This level of unprofessionalism and discriminatory attitude is absolutely unacceptable. McDonald’s should be ashamed of employing staff who treat paying customers in this manner.

Wanted a sit down breakfast with my son but pressed the wrong button and had a pick up from counter. No big deal but when I opened it there was a disparity between the quantity of eggs. Just goes to show, never order anything to go without checking the order. When I brought it to their attention they did replace it but ended up finding a facial hair on the eggs. Never going here again.
