The place was not full or even busy, and yet they could not get a simple order correctly, nor did they own up to mistakes; they kept on blaming each other for their Even after the infighting, they still could not get a basic order accurately. Drove up to the drive thru this evening. No response. Waited 5 minutes. Drove forward to pick-up window. Asked why no one ever took our order. She said she was the only one working, but we saw two other employees inside. By then, another customer pulled in to order behind us. Employee told us we had to drive around the store and try ordering again. So we did. We had to wait behind the person that we were in front of the first time. Finally ordered, paid, got our food. She never apologized. Employee at the pick-up window never said “sorry” or “thank you”. Extremely rude service. I recommend going elsewhere.

The “manager” of the store wouldn’t provide her name after I approached her and confronted her for being rude and unprofessional, she just kept yelling and talking trash about me while she was serving other people. She seemed so miserable and didn’t even care about the situation, she just turned around and ignored me.

Ehh, medium ish place, one never COME here at night, weather if the place is crowded or not at night they take forever for your order, even if it’s just a large fries order. In day time, you most likely have to wait in line forever even if you’re first or not, there is usually no one in the cashier to take your order and if their is they take one order then take 10 minutes to get to the other order. It all depends on the person to be honest, if theirs a group of teens, good luck, if there’s a group of grown people, hope for the best. I’ve been here since 2017, and my experience hasn’t changed since, maybe it’s my experience but for me, it’s a 3/5. There is however some nice hispanic people who are janitors who usually spill some tea about the restaurant, if you come across one of them, take them serious lol, drive thru is a mess to. it all depends on who the workers are as a person and your luck.

McDonalds in Bergen Blvd is terrible. How on Earth is an order placed and HALF the order is missing?!? You can’t possibly forget a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Large Fries meal, a drink, a 2nd cheeseburger in a 2 cheeseburger meal and completely screw up the shakes. That easily tells me this place has ZERO care in the world for their customer service. Close this place down or get people who can actually do their job.
