This level of service is unacceptable. Either this employee needs to go back through basic training to relearn customer service or should no longer be in a position that interacts with guests. I expect better from McDonald’s — mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for disrespect toward customers.
I ordered curbside pick up because I knew the drive through would be a little busy and I didn’t want to walk in the pouring rain to get my food.
I placed my order while I was about 5 minutes away from this location. I parked in front of curbside 3 and I tapped on the app where I was. It said 3-5 minutes my order would be out.
I waited about 15 minutes because I knew they were busy. At 20 minutes, I now parked my car closer to the entrance and was about to walk in to get my food instead. The door was locked and the worker told me 2 go through the drive through. The line was insane! I already placed my order now about 30 minutes ago. Why can’t you just give me my food? Again told me to go through the drive through.
I went around and got in line. This is about 40 minutes now. Waiting to get my food. I’m pregnant and hungry and this was how I was treated. Absolutely unacceptable if you ask me.
I get to the window and I ask for the manager. While waiting they gave me my food. Guess what, now everything was so cold because they took forever to give it to me. It was missing my Fries and my sauces all ordered on the mobile order.
Manager gets to the window, says she apologizes, but she didn’t have enough crew to send someone out? Seriously? So you were just going to leave me out there wondering when my food was coming out? She asks what she can do for the inconvenience, really? You should have just reimbursed me and give me a free dang meal for the horrendous experience tonight.
I will never again come back to this location even though it’s more convenient for me. I’ll drive further whenever I’m craving I guess.
ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS for the night shift. Ridiculous can’t even describe it perfectly!! It’s beyond appalling tbh.
Tell me if my fries are even a large when they didn’t even fill it up.
