This location need to seriously be assessed by the franchise headquarters. The terrible service and cold food being served is horrible. They need to figure out how to properly run a busy pick up location and hire the staff that is needed to do the job flawlessly otherwise they might as well close it and we go to the next town over. Enough is enough. FIGURE IT OUT!

The first thing I notice when I entered this McDonald’s is that it is well maintained and very clean but, one thing that is quite obvious is never judge a book by its cover. Once we got to front of the restaurant the cashier came from around the counter and asked if we wanted to use the kiosk system without even saying hello or ask how we where doing. After we declined they couldn’t even run the register properly or give us the discount for the sandwich that we had selected by using their app. It was a total of 4 employees who could not figure out how to fix the problem so I just decided it to walk out.

I mean it’s McDonald’s, it’s exactly what you expect, though this location has never gotten my order wrong! They have a small to moderate number of seats inside and some nice outdoor benches in both the front and the way back (it’s actually quite a nice, secluded spot to eat). The staff are extremely motivated, I imagine thanks to the firecracker of a manager who always seems to be calmly on top of everything.
