Very disappointed. The girl at the drive through was very rude. No hello, no eye contact at all, handed me my food and drinks without even looking at me!! The only thing she muttered was how much my order was. Then after giving me my food just shut the window. You’re making what, at least 18 dollars an hour, be grateful you’re getting that cause I wouldn’t pay you 5.

Huge disappointment in NEW management. The former manager that was there since the place opened was amazing and kept the place running efficiently. Since they brought in new management, wait times are ridiculous, it’s understaffed, and filthy. Always an issue with equipment working and last week received a cup of curdled milk as a latte. They literally had to put the cover on and still thought it appropriate to serve that way and made me physically sick. I miss the old McDonalds crew. New management ruined the place.

We go here occasionally, the majority of the time things are standard what you would expect from any McDonald’s. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing anymore. With rising prices on their menu, the employees preparing the food should take the time to make sure they put the sandwiches/burgers together neatly. Half the time the burgers are all over the place inside the wrappers. Granted, my kids fix it by having to reassemble their burgers but they shouldn’t have to do that. Staff have been very friendly and we recently had trouble with an order and they remade our order which was appreciated.

The wait times for a McDonalds have been long for a while. Even if you get a small order you still need to wait for a long while.
If you try and go after like 8:00pm it’s not even worth it since you’ll have a 20 minute wait even if there are no cars.

Kind of a pain to get in an out of the lot with the construction going on.
Other than them using a different supplier for their sausage. Made the sandwich taste different and not in a good way. Plus it was not a dark brown sausage patty but I pale brown / grey.
The McDonald’s coffee tasted great as always.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times and have had good experiences every time. I’ve ordered through the drive through and app; each times were seamless. The food is the standard McDonald’s fare. The drive through lines were average and goes at an average speed. I usually go into the drive through line because I have my children with me and it’s easier and convenient. I usually order a happy meal and whatever deal they have on their app. The plaza was busy but easy to get in and out of; it has a Walmart and various of other stores. Parking lot was spacious if you want to go in the restaurant. Overall, a good McDonald’s and I’ve had no issues so far.
