MELINDA IN DRIVE THRU WAS AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, she made sure to greet me politely, re-read my order to me , asked me clarifying questions in order to make sure my order was correct and was very polite, friendly , and professional. Best customer service employee in drive thru ever!!! She was a treat, this McDonald’s location #1323 is lucky to have an employee like Melinda, she made my day

The monopoly game is going, you even have a menu telling what gives you the game peices. But when I went to your restaurant at 881 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705, they didn’t give me the boxes/drinks with the game pieces. So i had to ask for the game pieces i was suppose to get. One person didn’t even know what food gets you the pieces. They first tried telling me they don’t have any. I told them it comes with the meal so I should get them. They went in the back and 2 minutes later they had some. So what this tells me, is the employees at this location aren’t giving them to people and are just keeping the game pieces for themselves.
And another store I had to ask for them too. This is how you run your game and stores? The employees keep the pieces. Bad business

12/29/2025 normally I love McDonald’s hot coffee but this time I order a regular hot coffee tasted like hot water no flavor I asked the lady if she gave decaff coffee instead, she said it was regular so I think who ever make that coffee have no experience making coffee

The manager who was working on 10/19/24 was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her own worker let me know the lobby was closed and yet when i went thru the drive thru window she the manager refused to give me my order stating “come inside if you want it its open”. Ive never felt more disrespected and its a shame there are people like this working for this company. If she hates her job that much she should look for another one.

The franchise owner REALLY needs to visit this location. McDonald’s corporation needs to visit because everything is messed up. In 1960’s they can deliver you a hamburger within minutes. This location takes 11-16 min to deliver a burger at the counter. All workers are moving but not working. It is chaos.
Absolutely ridiculous. Food is cold. Everyone was waiting for meals. People from drive thru was coming in because items were missing.

I told the clerk at the time of ordering that I would like them not to take the money out of the app card but I wanted to pay cash and they said no problem I went around to the front and they charged through the app now that’s disappointing if my dollar soda caused my account to overdraw! Luckily I didn’t but you should have formed your employees if they say cash let them pay cash instead of out the app automatically

I went here for an older friend. She wanted a soda and a snack, but only had a few dollars. She thought they still had these items on the dollar menu. Well they are not and they no longer accept competitor coupons. I had to call her. She was Disappointed and said cancel it because she didn’t have enough $$. I knew she wanted the treat so I used my card. Wendy’s still has $4.44 which gives nuggets fries soda and a sandwich, but I was in line and didn’t want to call her back. So she has her little treat. Anyway so far this is the only McDonald’s in waterbury that has stopped accepting competitor coupons. Just in case you all need to know. Burger King has coupons.
