Service is terrible! I had to go back and tell them they messed up my order- they did not give me fresh fries or just cheese and ketchup for the burger. No sauces when i had nuggets! I asked for a refund but they said they would fix it and once again- pickles in my burger, the 3rd burger was cold!!! the ladies at the window always have an attitude there. NEVER AGAIN!!

I am a certified Diet Coke girlie and I frequently get McDonald’s diet cokes. This location ALWAYS tastes a little bit like cherry?? Which I guess is cool if you’re into that but I am not. So I usually go out of my way to go to the Milford McDonald’s to avoid this phenomenon. Today I tried again to see if it changed and still no?? I’m just so curious why this is happening??

Bad experience today to say the least. I purchase McDonald’s every day as he is autistic and only enjoys the fries and nuggets from McDonald’s. Today for some reason my online order got canceled due to an issue with the system at the location. This has never happened to me so when i requested to speak to a manager i was told that the refund will reflect in my account in a couple of days. For someone struggling fianancially i always budget his McDonald’s and this was very frustrating for me. I spoke to Paola the manger to see if she could at least give him his fries and nuggets as financially i could not afford them due to the fact that the payment was taken out of my account. Reply was we do not give away free food. Hmmmm now that to me is a slap in the face. I did reach out to branch owner and am waiting for a call back as i feel that each situation is different and i am a loyal customer to McDonald’s. Empathy is what to be taught to this manager as well as a better understanding and training on how to treat each individual escalation differently.

I needed a quick bite for a busy morning. My food was quick and fresh. Also, I am so grateful that there is free wifi! Parked in the parking lot and was able to log in my laptop for 2 of my meetings before going to my appt. Thank you Mcdonalds for saving the day!

Zero star service :::BEWARE::: FALSE ADVERTISING! And/or blatant incompetence! I ordered a $3 breakfast bundle saying just that along with some other things and was told OK last window. After reading my receipt wondering why it was so much after seeing the price of my coffee, I pulled back up to the window to be told “oh that just stopped today” by the girl who took my order! The guy there shouldn’t be allowed to speak to customers. He hands over food well enough, can even take money and he sure does know where to point to the stores personal complaint number but god forbid he opens his mouth. Rude and crude because nothing is his problem, he pointed to the number after all. Maybe when I ordered a $3 special that would have been the time for the girl to mention its no longer available. Even then… Corporate complaint line opens Monday morning. I feel bad for all the customers being misled, charged almost double for something clearly advertised for $3. Wouldn’t it be funny when I just go to give the chicken biscuit and hash brown to my dog at 6:15 and I realize the girl who took my order have me a chicken mc griddle clearly not what I ordered… Clearly not a bundle… not something I would buy for my dog like a biscuit? It be funny if the bundles are still available, just with an extra side of ignorance.
