I ordered from the Monopoly Menu and this franchise didn’t even disclose that they ran out of Monopoly labels. It’s really misleading to keep advertising the promotion and charging people for it. I ordered two items specifically from the Monopoly Menu and neither came with the label. Feels like a scam and very poor transparency for a national promotion.

This is the cleanest and most family friendly McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. All the staff are insanely nice. We had our sons 4th birthday here, and Jackie the manager made sure it was perfect. We come once a week for a playdate and love seeing Jackie and the other staff. Customers for life <3

This is the only McDonald’s I know of that has a play place. My kids love it. Food and service is always good. They recently had their 50th anniversary where they were giving away .50 cent food items. And I noticed there is a space in the library that was donated by the family that owns this McDonald’s. I wouldn’t normally waste my time reviewing a McDonald’s but I really appreciate how this place tries to be part of the kids community.

I usually go to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest location to me, but unfortunately my experiences here have been consistently disappointing. The employees often seem disengaged and unhelpful. On multiple occasions, when a promo code or mobile code didn’t work, I showed it to the staff and even tried it again in front of them. Instead of offering any assistance or explanation, they simply said it didn’t work and stared at me, which was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.

Service is also very slow. There are times when it feels unclear what’s happening in the back, as orders take far longer than expected even when the restaurant isn’t busy. On top of that, the location is often dirty, which makes the overall experience even worse.

My most recent visit was especially frustrating. I noticed that when I asked for fresh fries, the employee working the fry station appeared to give me fries that were clearly old rather than making a new batch. For a place where customers are paying for food and expecting basic quality and service, this is unacceptable.

Overall, it’s really disappointing that this is the closest McDonald’s to me, because there always seems to be something wrong whether it’s the service, cleanliness, or food quality. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a reasonable level of professionalism and care, which this location consistently fails to provide.

Hands down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to them all over the country. This place is hot, fresh, and delicious 99/100 times. Most consistent McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. These guys are a well oiled machine.

I’ll keep it simple. Placed an order using my coupon paid online and went to pick it up, upon arrival the refunded it and then demanded I give the code which was now gone so I couldn’t even eat what I wanted and ended up leaving.

Ordered on mobile app and they shorted out order. Didn’t bother to send a notification or text through mobile app to let us know. Had to return to the location and didn’t refund my order for the inconvenience.

While ordering fries for my family I kindly asked if they could be made fresh. While I looked over I saw the male worker putting in fresh fries. We got our fries before the male worker took it out. We tasted the fries and they were cold. We kindly informed the Hispanic female worker that the fries were cold. She told me that the fries just came out. While she was saying that, the male worker was taking out the fries. She addressed us with an attitude and threw out the fries. We then received our fries and they were really hot compared to the ones we received the first time. She could’ve handled it way better.
