Hello! Last night we came to McDonald’s a bit later the door was open at around 9:40 so we came in and ordered food we sat down only to be greeted by absolute displeasure of a worker. For 1 they gave us the wrong size drink which I didn’t ask for the right size because the worker seemed extremely agitated. Okay fine we just refilled it. Then I realized I forgot to ask for barbecue sauce to which he just stared at my friend and walked away and got the barbecue sauce. After a bit he went to lock the doors only to stare at us and say something around the line “7 hours of the bullshit”. We were not being obnoxious or rude and we cleaned up after ourselves. His attitude was unfounded. Before this I have never had a problem at this McDonald’s and I would hope something gets done unfortunately I didn’t not catch his name but it was a curly haired male.

i’ve never had a bad experience at this location until tonight. an older lady with blonde hair and maybe glasses gave me an incorrect order. i politely told her it was wrong, she said nothing while taking it back and correcting it. it was busy and i understand things can easily get messed up; i work in food service too. when she gave me my correct order i said i was sorry for the confusion and she slammed the window in my face, again saying nothing. i’ve never written a review before but this lady rubbed me the complete wrong way. she needs an attitude check.

Placed my order and get 2 second window and told to pull in 2 of the spot. 5 min later guy comes out with part of my order. I had to waiver him down again and wait till he gets to my car to explain there is no fries. No apology just says one moment and heads to the store and 2 min later he comes back and say here u go. Well poor service not apology for waiting for up to 10 min just to check my order my self. People need to check orders before they gp out especially the drive thru

This morning, my work took me to North Branford for my first job of the day. When the job was completed, being wet and chilly, I felt I deserved a break today, at McDonald’s.
I went to this McDonald’s and took advantage of the Sausage McMuffin with egg special – 2 for $4.50. I also grabbed a hash brown to go with them.
The ladies at the windows were both nice.
The food was good and hot.
The landscape was nice too. I don’t go to McDonald’s too often anymore, however
I was happy that I went here today.
This McDonald’s is top shelf.
I was pleasantly surprised!

Tasty food, the lady with the pink and purple hair was super nice and patient with me inside while I tried to figure out the mobile app for points. Food has gotten very expensive though and McD’s corporate needs to go back to their roots of affordable food.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a large fry. When I got home I found out what $4.29 gets you for French fries. About 1/3 of a container. This place was always ok in the past, but not today.

Absolutely horrible can not believe McDonald’s would allow North Branford to allow a place with no managers working and that doesn’t accept the Mobile APP, I paid on the app but then said it wasn’t valid and that I had to cancel the order on the app and then re place it, Do not go here 14 Dec 2025

DALLAS, the young red haired lady that I see whenever I come thru the drive through is an absolute delight. I think I come order food sometimes just to see her smiling face and that bubbly personality. VERY RARE these days. She needs a RAISE. I know so many people that adore her.
