They have higher altered prices because they’re on the highway I guess…. Or just lousy management. Almost $9 for small fries and 4 piece nugget….got off the highway, drove to a more local one…$6 (-_-)

Disappointed by unexpected charge and overall experience.
I stopped by to get a few items and asked for water and ice for my dog on a hot day. I was told they could only provide ice—but then I noticed a charge for 3 sauce packets, which I was later told was actually for the ice. It’s truly surprising and disappointing that a McDonald’s would charge for a small cup of ice, especially when it’s for a pet and I was already a paying customer.
The hot fudge sundae was also subpar. Normally, there’s fudge swirled into the ice cream and some along the sides, but here it was just a large amount of plain ice cream with a small dollop of fudge on top. I had to ask for more just to get some balance. I’ve had much better sundaes at other McDonald’s locations.
Overall, a disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Unbelievable never reopened the soda machines since Covid. One of the only McDonald’s to do this, Went there today and there’s boxes covering all the machines. It’s all taped up ridiculous.

Very rude people there, I’m an English-Spanish speaker and unfortunately the Spanish workers there were very rude.
Service was the worst that I have seen in a MCDONALDS. Expensive food and really bad customer service. When I told the manager that I will post a bad reviews they were laughing at me. I was there on 6/13/25 at 10:45 pm.

Subpar food, everything was cold or stale — not the normal MCDonalds quality. None of the people behind the counter wanted to be there, ignored any requests for ketchup or bbq sauce.

Poor service. Just came from the store to purchase a Mango Smoothie. I am a bus/truck driver. As I saw a sign posted stating bus drivers only, I politely asked a black woman with short hair in her 60s if they offer any spacial discount for bus drivers. She was making my smoothie. Suddenly, she shouted me out with a dirty attitude like I was a nuisance. Another man was next to me trying to explain to her my simple question. She replied to the man next to me I know the answer like she knew anything about me. I felt like leaving the drink I just paid for, but I decided to take it and leave the store to stay away from her.

I was so excited to have my last chicken tender meal for a while. Let me just say the sprite machine is not currently working. I come home thinking about the delicious sprite and I take a sip and you forgot to put the syrup in it or whatever. I’m very angry and that ruined my night honestly. Not trying to be rude, but I am never going back if this problem isn’t addressed. I spent so much money just for some acidic water and I don’t event get my money back so yes I’m upset. I know you could care less but you should be ashamed.
