This one star review is solely for this dude that ruined my whole night. This gaslighter told me I put hot fudge on my McFlurry when I did in fact put caramel and he refused to remake it. It was also melted and I lost a precious $5. Dude not okay.

I went there this evening to pick up a delivery for uber eats. The manager Sarah was extremely rude because she had an attitude that I was trying to confirm all of the items were there like the uber app asks that the drivers do. She has nasty attitude saying to just confirm because everything is there. She tried taking the bag back saying just cancel the order. I tried explaining to her I have to make sure everything is in bag before confirming but then I just hit confirm. She had the nerve to ask for my name all because I wouldn’t hit confirm on the app before checking to make sure I had everything. I deliver the food to the customer and they ask if they gave me their drink but no they didn’t include their drink. I explain to the customer what happened and luckily they understood and they weren’t upset!! I’ll be calling in the morning to speak with another manager about how I was treated

I’m literally in the parking lot right now whoever is taking orders and drive-through is disrespectful. They are not very kind at all. I’m using the app. But it seems that they don’t wanna honor this app anymore. I will never come back to this place because I will never have someone serve me food after talking to me the way that she did very nasty so your food has to be nasty as well. I’m pretty sure it’s nasty inside.

This McDonald’s is very very clean calm, and modern. With the covid-19 crisis going on however you are unable to sit in there. However the food is hot they do a good job with that and the customer service is pretty good. Anytime I choose McDonald’s I probably would use this one in the area. Because of the customer service.
I would like to add to this review. 7/18/22 It seems the service is suffering now. There must have been a staffing flip because I have consistently been met with rude and inconsiderate employees lately. I don’t know what they are doing in the hiring process here but they ought to think about hiring some cashiers and some mangers, whom actually smile, speak clearly, and actually want the job.

What a hateful bunch of people work here, attitude for no reason. I get customer service isn’t for everyone which is why I don’t work it. A bad doesn’t constitute everyone having to deal with your misery. Not to mention they can’t multitask for Sheet! Don’t have a code activated because it will expire before you get to the order screen. It’s over all a huge miserable messsss

Freshly made from grill to table. Only waited about 5 minutes from the order at the kiosk from payment to sitting down. Higher chance for hot food when eating inside, personal preference though. Overall a great experience for a typical meal at McDonalds.

EMILY the manager was ABSOLUTELY unprofessional. They messed up my order, i called, they told me next visit they’d take care of, I came they refused said come back with reciept, left AGAIN came back and they said too bad come back tommorow to talk to a different manager. Wasted so much of my time and we’re beyond disrespectful over an order under 10 dollars. They dont care about the customer definitely dont care about how their handling your food. DISGUSTING!!
