WAS INTENTIONALLY POISONED! I usually cook breakfast but wanted to give my granddaughter a treat. Ordered an egg and cheese McMuffin for my 6 year old granddaughter. When I get to the window i noticed it said sausage biscuit, I told the guy at the window that I ordered a egg and cheese McMuffin, he goes in the back comes back and I check it and sure enough it’s a sausage biscuit. I explain to him what I ordered and what I received. He gets it redone and I start to drive off. I didn’t check it at the window because I assumed after all that they got it right. I pull over into a parking and walk up to the drive through window because now I have a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin. I’m polite through the whole thing and ask could they please make it over and not just take the bacon off. Then who I’m assuming was the manager comes to the window and ask me what I ordered, I tell her and she goes back and finally my order is “right”. Fast forward to that evening my granddaughter is vomiting up the McDonalds.

If I could give this place -10 stars I would.
I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a spicy crispy chicken and I get the sandwich and take a bite it is raw.
I then go inside to receive a refund.
Then the proceed to give me the same piece of. Chicken that was on my old sandwich just put it on new bread with bacon (never even ordered bacon to begin with)
This pace is full of incompetent people

put in an order at 5:09 am. got to the drive thru at 5:30 am. Sat around in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no lights are on except for in the store. It’s now 5:40 am and i assume yall are close and cancel the order. as im driving away i finally get a response. AFTER I HAD ALREADY CANCELED THE ORDER.

Order a Quarter Pounder & get a McChicken. The phone number on the receipt doesn’t work because “They are busy”.
Update 1:
I just tried them again. They failed to give us the requested sauces, even after they asked several times.
To top it all off, they screwed up my Kid’s happy meal order after nearly dropping our food out the window because Junior had to had everything out at once in one hand.
Update 2:
I was previously asked to fill out a feedback form. It’s obvious McDonald’s doesn’t want any feedback because their form is broken.
Can I give less than 1 star?

They dont fill your soda or your fries. Its cheap food ik but it be nice if they at least filled the fries and cup when its a large. Also gave me diet coke instead of regular

I had to go to the drive-through to get my meal and I have to tell you this is the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I don’t know why it has a lower rating and the people are on the wall. The food is hot fresh actually it taste like it’s supposed to or some McDonald’s even if you request freshly made they ignore you and you don’t get the nice hot fries. Whoever owns this place. Keep up the good work and your employees are good.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Every single time I go it take 45 minutes from start to finish. I always order 1 or 2 double cheeseburgers with MAC sause and always get a different result. Never what I want. DO NOT, I repeat, do not go to this location. THE WORST drive through on rt 66. Is rather eat dirt.

biggest waste of $10 in my life I know what a iced caramel macchiato is supposed to be and they have whipped cream with caramel sauce dripping all on the side of it it’s even in the picture and I got a large one and they hand me a plain iced coffee mind you there’s not even any sugar or anything just milk coffee ice and the total was like $7.90 for that and a hot fudged Sunday and the hot fudge sundae when we tell you if I wasn’t driving and I took a picture I’m so pissed I wanted to turn around but I had picked up my food from Great Wall Chinese restaurant and I figured I’d stop and get my drink and a dessert there before going home with the Chinese and I am so pissed that I’m writing this review as I’m driving obviously via hands-free. that’s why there’s probably not good quotation punctuation it’s probably misspelled misworded and I apologize but I can’t wait to leave the review for Great Wall because it smells like feet in my car and the only food in here is the Chinese food so God I pray that’s not going to be disgusting as well cuz if I just threw $40 out the window I’m not going to be happy but if you want a good caramel macchiato don’t go to this McDonald’s if unless you just want a regular iced coffee and get charged three times the amount because that’s what happened just now in real time
