I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich at the drive-thru. Didn’t check it. And of course it was wrong they gave me a chicken sandwich with a pickle and mayo. Highly disappointed I don’t like pickles. and couldn’t drive back. Made a complaint via email. Was not satisfied with their response. Service was pleasant. But very disappointed in food and response.

I work down the st I got a call that our package went to McDonald’s instead of us. When she said that she mentioned that she opened the package? I was curious on why she did cause the package says our name on it. She caught a very rude attitude, I asked her to calm down then she threatened to resend our checks to fedex hurting our employees. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. They’re internet is wayy out if date. I put a mobile order in (over $40 worth) and they never received it. After 30 min of waiting and arguing (showing them I have a paid receipt and a charged my card and even a drive thru code) they charged me an additional $40 because they couldn’t fix the issue or reimburse me or even just make the order for me. Basically it is what it is. I was told to call the number for a refund. I have kids who were hungry. This wasn’t about money. It’s now about the principle. I been going to this branch for a very long time. Up until now I was satisfied with them. But after calling corporate, I’m pretty much done. Beware this branch with mobile orders. Or even regular orders. Baaaad attitude from the whole staff. They didn’t even wanna make a new order for me. Almost refused. Over $40. Be cautious

Friendly and fast service. Convenient to order in kiosk and wait at a table for food. Nuggets were so fresh and crispy! The dining room could have been cleaner… lots of debris left on all the tables. Overall good experience

We ordered through drive through and the service here was better than in Meriden, the food was just as horrible. My fish sandwich tasted like mayo on a soggy bun and my husband’s whopper and fries were cold and lacking in the extras he asked for . Definitely NOT worth the money or time. Compared to Burger King I can’t understand how McDonald’s stays in business. It doesn’t offer any vegan options and what it does offer is certainly lacking in value and taste.
