I visited this location a few times the afternoon service here is million times better than the 6pm on time. The staff during the day were extremely polite attentive and helpful. The late night staff are the complete opposite. They gave me a hard time last night with using my rewards points. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food at the register.

Go somewhere else, save yourself the aggravation. The last several consecutive times I’ve come here they’ve either messed up my order, or when I pulled up to one of the designated parking spots to pick up my order, the screen on the app disappeared before I could hit the “check in button”. For some reason, my order was never placed, either. I realize people are human and everyone makes mistakes, but lately they always seem to miss something. On a positive note, the manager helped me out by inputting my order into the register when I repeated it to him, and he waived the payment (because I had already paid in the app). But I highly suggest going elsewhere to eat. Or, pick a time that’s not busy. The place is super clean, which is always good to see.

This is one of the few that has a play place and I love that its there but honestly it smells horrible. Its so gross I dont know if it’s sewer or some kids peed in the tubes the room is gross. Really needs to be sanitized. All the employees seemed so overwhelmed (all super nice) and seem to be short staffed. Food is not consistent. Its quick n convient and would love to keep on playing bit i can barley eat in the play room. I always end up waiting but order so it doesnt look like I am not a customer.

the past two times i’ve went (within a week), it was a 15 minute wait when it wasn’t busy whatsoever. i’m usually very patient and will wait especially when it is busy to give them slack, but recently it’s just been so long and it’s not worth waiting 15+ minutes for a few items.

Absolutely terrible customer service. A customer at this restaurant, my daughter, went through the drive thru. She was verbally harassed and threatened by one of the greasy brown haired girl fast food employees. People who work here are miserable. Such terrible management. Especially the old man “manager” who did absolutely nothing to compensate for the verbal harassment that my daughter experienced. Never coming here again! Letting everyone know about what a terrible experience my daughter had while visiting this McDonald’s. I tried to contact the management but they didn’t even get back to me. I’m contacting corporate next. Terrible employees to top off the terrible greasy food.

This McDonald’s was unfortunately one of the slowest but I have encountered for their drive-thru it took me more than 20 minutes to get through the line personal record and then they forgot my utensils from my sandwiches without buns and no napkins in my bag after telling me to pull up and wait

McDonald’s is always good for brekky. I was surprised that we could walk in. The place was tidy. We got food and left because of the restrictions still in place.
