Went through the drive through at 11:40am for double cheeseburger and small fries. I received cold “limp” french fries and a double cheeseburger that had bee sitting for so long that the edges of the cheese were hard. Totally ridiculous. I understand staffing issues better than anyone because I am a nurse, but there should be some type of limit on how long a burger and fries is allowed to sit under the heat lamp before they throw them out.

Super busy during the lunch and 5pm rushes but they handle them well steadily serving customer after customer. They offer a touchscreen ordering option that’s easy to navigate if that’s your preference and of course the App and touch free payment options that although I’ve never used have seen others use them seamlessly. My food has always been hot and made to order the way I like. So, for a McDonald’s they’re doing pretty well.

I typically don’t like to rate big box corporations but, this one was cleaner than most that I go into, food came out quickly and accurately and the tables were clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not use the restroom to see if it was clean which is usually touch and go at places like this.

The ladies at the register couldn’t even speak english. I had to point at the menu for them to figure out what i wanted… They STILL got my order wrong. The self serve kiosks were down. Why would you have someone that cant speak english taking orders… Makes no sense

I paid for 2large fries and they were half full only. That’s a rip off and I tried calling and no one answers the phone.
