Bought food for me and my family. My son found a fly crushed in the corner of his box and we all lost our appetite. I reached out to corporate customer service and they acted as if the situation would be addressed. When I went to the store and spoke with the manager a week later, he was unaware of the situation which tells me McDonalds considers cleanliness low in the priority list. Disgusting.

drive thru at night makes me park every time even though I order through the app. They are cheating the system that tracks speed of service. I end up being the only car in the whole place and parked for 10+ minutes every time without fail with no apology and no communication at all. I live very close so I go here a lot. It happens every. single. time.

I Asked for a simple mcdouble meal bag with HOT mustard and A large lemonade, i was told to just go to the window because the employee couldn’t understand english well and had to go find someone to help them, when i received my order i was given a sweet tea lemonade, that i caught and asked them to fix but when i got home i realized they gave me sweet and sour??? My burger was supposed to have extra pickles, do you think i got that either? lol take a wild guess, no. this is SO frustrating and unacceptable. How do you screw up a SIMPLE order that bad?

The service is very slow, after 15 minutesI was told jist waiting on fresh fries. Food finally comes and everything is cold. My wife went to bring pur daughter’s into the bathroom and she wouldn’t use the bathroom because
1. Employees were taking break in the bathroom
2. Blood covered the toilet seat
And
3. Used tampons scattered the floor.

Needless to say we will not be returning. This takes the #1 most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve been to.

This location has been struggling, especially at night. I am constantly told to wait in the pickup area in spite of waiting in the drive through for several minutes. I hate that this is the only fast food joint in the Gales Ferry area! The franchise owners need to step in and address the poor service and slow wait times at this store.

I don’t make reviews often, but I got some of the best service at a McDonald’s here. Got a large meal and the cashier at the drive thru looked in my bag, saw they gave me a medium fry and corrected it. A national hero. He even asked if I wanted and sauces or anything before I left. Stupendous service. And my food is hot. 5 stars fabulous place.

Ordered my food on the app, the order went through but when I got there, the restaurant was locked with poorly written signs everywhere that read “closed for management” so I call the restaurant over a dozen times and no one answers. Basically they took my money and ignored me and refused to serve me. I will contact corporate about this

Went here with my daughter to get a happy meal left my debit card at home asked the drive through worker to manual input it he looked at me like I had ten heads I asked for the manager he tells the manager “SHE DOESNT HAVE HER PHYSICAL DEBIT CARD BUT WANTS ME TO ENTER THE NUMBER WERE NOT DOING THAT” I’m very confused why he’s speaking like that at that moment he could’ve simply said to me they weren’t able to. Okay whatever I proceed to order on the mobile app I had my card numbers stored in my phone. I drive up past the speaker waiting in line. This drive thru worker screams through the speaker at the drive thru saying “ I SEE YOU WHATS YOUR MOBILE ORDER NUMBER WHAT ARE YOU DOING IM WATCHING YOU ON THE CAMERA” I look back confused I’m like what I look at the guy in the car that was currently ordering at the speaker like is he talking to me?? Mind you I’m already past the speaker. I tell the other customer just order I’m not speaking to him. I pull up to the drive thru window to get my food and this worker is sticking his head out of the window pointing at me and discussing my situation with another customer. I’m already speaking with another worker and receiving my food at this point . it was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This drive through worked was pointing at my car out the window sticking his head out of the drive thru window. I look back and see it in my rear view I proceed to say do you need something?? How awful and embarrassing. like he has one job take orders. no one wants to get out of work after working all damn day and getting their kids from school to deal with an incompetent rude worker telling customers another customers business as I was simply ordering food on the mobile app after being pushed away when I was trying to manually input my card numbers. Wasn’t a big deal ordered on the mobile app it’s the fact this worker screamed through the speaker when I wasn’t even at the speaker and got another customer involved. Should NOT be in any customer service related jobs.

Showed up was asked to wait at the speaker for what ended up being. About five or so mins when I was the only car in the drive through lane for some unknown reason , then I pull up and they said they “ dropped the fries late “ which doesn’t even make any sense they take two mins to cook , say outside waited five more mins and finally got my food eventually , also they act hard of hearing at the speaker and you have to repeat everything you say several times it’s absurd
