I stopped by this McDonalds while travelling home. I walked into the bathroom and a guy was in the stall. He shouted out to me, “To the guy that just walked in, can you tell the counter that there’s no more toilet paper?”. I said, no problem.
I go to the counter and wait a good minute for someone to come over because all the employees are talking to each other and don’t see me. Once they do, I tell them someone needs toilet paper in the men’s bathroom. She goes over and tells someone.
I then order, get my drink and get my food. As I’m walking out, I see a older male employee coming out of the bathroom, laughing and showing a female employee how the guy in the stall was crab-walking to reach for the toilet paper that he brought in.
Really? Because the employees were too lazy to restock the bathroom, the employee is laughing at the customer, stuck in the stall? If I knew this employee was laughing at me because the employee was too stupid to do his job and restock the toilet paper, I would demand he be fired because he doesn’t take his job seriously. I thought McDonalds was better than this. Oh well.

This McDonalds was good. For some reason my App wasn’t working so I had a code for a 1$ large drink. Even though it wasn’t working, they gave it to me. Thanks for the great service.

We used the curb side order. We ordered a ranch snack wrap a large fry and a large pineapple smoothie and a large sweet tea.
We got one a snack wrap and a med frappe Carmel ( when they asked me what I wanted in substitution for my sweet tea I said mocha frappe) and a med smoothie no fry. The chick was on her phone and we felt bad like we were intrupting her phone call 1/10 will not eat here again

This Mcdonalds is worse than awful. The people who work there have no clue what they are doing, incompetent. Just got a cheese burger with no burger! Buns are stale, food is cold and that was after they gave me the wrong order! Fast food isn’t cheap. If you’re going to work there do the job right! Burger King is 10 times better!!

I arrive and ask for a decaf ice coffee. The guy instantly says we don’t have that. I’m confused because if you have ice and you have decaf coffee you have decaf ice coffee but he wouldn’t. I say since when do you not have ice and decaf coffee. Just says we don’t have that for you. Wouldn’t even try or ask someone to fill a cup with ice n put the hot coffee over it. Now that would be awesome customer service.
Came in today. After Covid. Place is revamped and was clean inside. Food was the same but what honestly can you say about fast food. Like the McDonald’s app. Get free stuff. The only thing that was bothersome was some customer was blasting his music at a booth and wasn’t considerate of his surroundings..but other than that well is was ok
New thing is with the app coupons. It doesn’t work. I think they are taught that. It doesn’t work. Well somebody better figure it out how to work.

if i could give zero stars i would. first time coming here and the service was the worst i’ve had at any business. i came with two people, all of us ordered sauces, and none of us received them in our bags. after we pointed out to the short asian girl behind the counter that we didn’t receive it, she said we didn’t pay for it despite the sauces being listed as paid for on our receipts. she then told us we all had to pay for the sauce that we already paid for and then walked away. when my friend kindly said “okay it’s fine, i’ll just pay for more” she said “whatever bro” without even turning to look at him. we then had to pay for sauce even though we JUST paid. will not be returning here, worst experience at a mcdonald’s i’ve ever had.

Ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and a sausage McGriddle meal with iced coffee and an extra hash brown. They had no kids for the big breakfast never received the hot cakes or extra hash brown and only one butter. The sausage McGriddle was so greasy and the cheese was missing, and had to pull ahead to wait because the employees couldn’t figure out what to do with no lids so they used two bottoms so the food was covered but of course it fell out in the bag. Gross!

The soda tasted like they didn’t finish cleaning it. Fries were hot but nuggets were old and cold. When I got there didn’t realize they were almost closed. I guess that’s why they weren’t that nice.
