Small facility: most of the tables were dirty, restrooms were dirty, and toilet paper was hanging on the coat rack on the doors, soap was in the dispensing container opened & on the counter, not in N the dispenser. Ordered at the kiosk & meal was supposed to be delivered to our table. Instead, the lady yelled or ordered items & number across the entire facility & we had to pick it up. We never received our drinks, so I got up & got them from the front counter. Straws were just laying out in the open on the counter top. GOOD JOB MCD’s….

Wish I could leave a zero star. My food was missing and the kids meal had damaged bag of apples smeared with a mystery crust. Spoke to manager Monica, she tried her best to shut me up and get off the phone. During our all to brief chat she gave me a tip I’ll share with all of you. Walk up to the cashier and tell them Monica said you can have a free meal. Granted it will be cold and have bits missing. Here is a photo of the apple bag.

They seem short staffed. The crew is yelling a lot at each other. Many people are waiting to order and then long waits for food. Several tables were dirty. The food was all correct and mostly good other than the fries being a bit over cooked.

I feel bad saying this, but whoever runs this McDonald’s needs to do better! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, I spent at least an hour and a half waiting in line. I understand that your establishment is the only one in the Mansfield area, but if you know that business is busy at night, why not add extra staff? After an hour of waiting, I received the food I had ordered, only to find my fries burned and my sprite wet in water. I don’t often post reviews, but I’ve experienced waiting in line for terrible food at this particular McDonald’s far too often, and something has to change right away.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had worse McDonald’s before, the egg mcmuffin had a rock hard English muffin and the food was cold otherwise. The hash Brown feels like it was sitting on the counter for 3 hours. I got here right at the start of breakfast too. I’m never coming back here, stick to the Willimantic one!

Don’t go to this McDonald’s expecting good service. Every time I come here they mess up my order and tonight they were extremely rude. They made my order wrong again and we pulled up to the window to get it corrected. A man in a red shirt was very rude telling us we needed to go to the speaker first as if we weren’t the only people there at first and had ample time to make my food correctly! He closed the window and walked away with quite the attitude. Then we pulled up to the second window and he gave me my food, I kindly thanked him and he slammed the window shut without a word and walked away. Wouldn’t be surprised if he spit in my food, if that was the manager then that McDonald’s needs some serious work. Sorry man, I didn’t tell you to work there!

The Sweet Tea I had tasted like chemicals, the fries had no salt, and you can see how the sandwich came out. I understand this is fast food and I’m not one to normally complain but this was ridiculous. Now I remember why I stopped going to McDonald’s. Better off getting takeout at Applebees or a restaurant. Same amount of wait time. Mildly infuriating experience.
